My friends and I booked a one-night stay and requested to share a single room for the three of us. Unfortunately, the staff refused our request, even after we offered to pay an additional fee. We were also given misleading information about the room size — we were told it couldn’t accommodate three people, though it clearly could have. The overall experience gave the impression that the hotel was more focused on maximizing profit than ensuring guest comfort.
Additionally, reaching the property required climbing three flights of stairs, and the place itself didn’t feel like a typical hotel. The staff’s attitude came across as unprofessional, and we even felt as though they were gossiping about our request to share a room. Overall, it seemed like management cared more about maintaining appearances and online reviews than about genuine guest satisfaction.
