The infinity pool is beautiful, but the service is quite average, not up to five-star hotel standards.

The room amenities were as described online, though the beds looked quite old and the facilities were generally average. The lighting in the room was a bit dim. However, the service was definitely on point, and the sea view and location were arguably the best. The gym was also a thoughtful touch, with water and towels placed on every treadmill.

The rooms are a bit old, and while it's a popular spot for influencers, it definitely doesn't live up to the price. The service was bad; it took forever to check in. Breakfast had limited options, the fruit wasn't fresh, and the service was incredibly slow and inefficient. I won't be staying here again.

The breakfast area was incredibly crowded, mainly because the restaurant itself is too small, and the food didn't seem fresh. I had booked the Catalonia Ramblas Hotel of the same group, but it was overbooked, so I was moved to the Catalonia Barcelona Plaza. It was a bit annoying at first because it was far from the main streets, but the follow-up service was good, and the room was upgraded, so I had a pleasant stay.

Sabrina and Jacobo were very kind and helpful for me and my friend. Our United flight was canceled and we were provided lodging at the Catalonia Ramblas, and Sabrina gave us the terrace suite! The room was very nice, with a heated towel rack and private pool. The dinner and breakfast was delicious as well. Highly recommend!

I stayed in the Level part of this hotel. Fantastic stay. Staff is super kind and helpful. Room was great. Breakfast really good as well. It will be definitely my choice for yhe next visit in Barcelona. Also the 25th floor lounge is a great add-on.

I didn't have any problems during my visit, The views from the top was lovely, the breakfast buffet on the 24th had Dual sided views of both the Sea and City. The bed was super duper Comfy. I really enjoyed jumping into bed and nice night of peaceful sleep. We had access to the Level lounge on the 25th for Snacks and drinks which was very nice too.
