The air conditioning in the room was so loud, I couldn't sleep all night. They also wouldn't let me have a late check-out.

The infinity pool is beautiful, but the service is quite average, not up to five-star hotel standards.

The room amenities were as described online, though the beds looked quite old and the facilities were generally average. The lighting in the room was a bit dim. However, the service was definitely on point, and the sea view and location were arguably the best. The gym was also a thoughtful touch, with water and towels placed on every treadmill.

The hotel is very clean, and the meals are plentiful. The room is also spacious. A special thank you to the lovely iANA, who patiently answered all our questions and had a wonderful attitude!

We had a wonderful stay at the Ritz-Carlton Arts in Barcelona. The suite had an incredible panoramic view of the city and the Mediterranean which made the stay memorable. The room was modern, spacious and very comfortable. The staff was attentive and always kind which made everything feel easy and relaxed. A 5-star experience from start to finish.

The room was clean and hygienic, and all the facilities were new. I loved the cute, vintage telephone. The staff were also very welcoming. The only minor issue was that the walls were a bit thin, so the soundproofing wasn't great.

Second stay here, and the service at this hotel is excellent. We booked a room that included welcome drinks, which we could redeem at the bar. There was also complimentary juice upon arrival. I didn't have any problems during my visit, The views from the top was lovely, the breakfast buffet on the 24th had Dual sided views of both the Sea and City. The bed was super duper Comfy. I really enjoyed jumping into bed and nice night of peaceful sleep. We had access to the Level lounge on the 25th for Snacks and drinks which was very nice too.

Hotel Majestic is a wonderful hotel with excellent staff like Alba . It’s a hostel located in the centre of Barcelona and it’s close to the metro station so u can get to different part of Barcelona easily. It’s a decent hostel but there’s no hot water coming out from one of the shower ;(( The shower water is either too hot or too cold and it works on a pushed timer (I understood it’s for the environment but it’s honestly not the best for the one taking shower)

Overall, it was okay. There were quite a lot of guests, and the breakfast was pretty much the same every day.

The hostel was very nice at meeting my request of staying at bottom bunk. The set-up of bathroom and shower was interesting, a minus is there was no clothes hanger so it was hard taking a shower, no place to place your shampoo and conditioner bottles so it was harder than expected. The kitchen has all the amenities, including air fryer. Paid luggage storage. Slow elevator.

The hotel is located right by the promenade. You can rent bikes and have a nice evening. The only thing is, we rented electric bikes and they didn't work. We couldn't figure out what was wrong with them, so in the end, we took a regular bike but paid the electric bike price :) Make sure to check them with the staff. Location of hotel was very good, near to attractions and shopping centre. Room is nice and clean, and bed was comfortable. Very highly recommended.
