The infinity pool is beautiful, but the service is quite average, not up to five-star hotel standards.

The room amenities were as described online, though the beds looked quite old and the facilities were generally average. The lighting in the room was a bit dim. However, the service was definitely on point, and the sea view and location were arguably the best. The gym was also a thoughtful touch, with water and towels placed on every treadmill.

The rooms are a bit old, and while it's a popular spot for influencers, it definitely doesn't live up to the price. The service was bad; it took forever to check in. Breakfast had limited options, the fruit wasn't fresh, and the service was incredibly slow and inefficient. I won't be staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ritz-Carlton Arts in Barcelona. The suite had an incredible panoramic view of the city and the Mediterranean which made the stay memorable. The room was modern, spacious and very comfortable. The staff was attentive and always kind which made everything feel easy and relaxed. A 5-star experience from start to finish.

The hotel's location and surrounding area are excellent. It's incredibly convenient for dining and shopping, and most major attractions are within walking distance. The hotel service is exceptional, and the staff are extremely friendly! Very satisfied!

Wonderful hotel - the staff were very polite and accommodating, the spa was lovely and the room excellent.

We have a junior suite and the photos made it look like the soda and table is in a separate room to the bed. This is a camera trick using the in room full length mirror, which looks like a door way into the bedroom. Other photos of the hotel use similar trickery. Nice hotel with a lovely spa. We stayed in a junior suite on the top floor (10th) and had an amazing view. It is a bit outside of the centre, but there are good restaurants nearby and easy access to both Beach and centre.
