It wasn't just the front desk; every staff member throughout the hotel, from the pool attendants to the restaurant servers, made us feel comfortable, cared for, and truly valued

Facilities and dining also didn't disappoint. The outdoor pool environment was fantastic; just soaking in it and enjoying the view was incredibly relaxing

On a positive note, the sea view in Barcelona is indeed beautiful, and the design aesthetic of the Ritz, along with the bedding and toiletries, are, as always, top-notch

As a Gold member, she went above and beyond to upgrade me to a sea-view room and was very patient in explaining why the hotel's logo wasn't very prominent

The staff are truly great at what they do and were extremely friendly and helpful. I loved that the hotel would have treats for runners (or anyone else) every morning

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We spent 11 nights at this hotel, and experienced everything possible and I can truly say that this was a magical stay

The baggage staff at the entrance were superstars, they'd go the extra mile every day and were always full of smiles

First-row sea view, perfect for a vacation. Right across from the hotel is a shopping area, so you can buy whatever you want to eat. However, the location is a bit out of the way

The pool makes it's job, and it's great to be open all year long! Though, here are few things taht wolud need fixing - the fitness room is too samll, having 3 persons inside feels like croud

Amazing stay here 😍 was very unsure due to some of the comments HOWEVER ignore these! Staff are lovely (clearly people don’t have a sense of humour or don’t understand the Spanish humour) Room was gorgeous! Clean and very modern! The whole attire was beautiful and views were amazing

I got the impression that the operations of this hotel are well managed, even in the peak of this busy season. Cleanliness is well looked after by the housekeeping, the pool was open and clean

The hotel was nice but the facilities close pretty early at 7pm. They don't allow for anything to be brought into the hotel from the shops especially for and drinks. Room was quite nice but the sink was a bit clogged

There is a pool, but it's a bit of a gimmick, and we wouldn't have felt comfortable using it with people at the bar. The room was beautiful, very well cleaned every day and a great design

Worth booking the breakfast- fantastic choice! The 360 roof top area and views were fabulous!! Great location 5-10min from Las Ramblas, the area I felt was more a neighbourhood rather than too touristy, which had pros and cons

Roof top swimming pool is not large, but there's great view of the harbor up there: it's easy to hang out up there getting a gym workout, reading a book in the Catalonia breeze

We stayed in room 311 Grand Marina Suite with sea view in February 2024. The room was simply astonishing - huge, luxuriously decorated, with lots of space, extraordinary views over the Mall of Barcelona and the sea/Port

Good hotel, conveniently close to the beach. Two swimming pools in the yard and on the roof. Of the minuses - very slow and not very stable Wi-Fi.

Not normally a part of the city I stay but enjoyed the change and the chance to walk along the long promenade daily (10 mins from hotel on foot)

We could not have been happier! We booked a Superior room, but were silently upgraded to a Deluxe room with a view of the pool and the courtyard. The room was quite large, beautifully renovated, with a great bathroom

Our United flight was canceled and we were provided lodging at the Catalonia Ramblas, and Sabrina gave us the terrace suite! The room was very nice, with a heated towel rack and private pool

Zero noise through the night, very comfortable bed and plenty of comfy pillows, has a great pool which is rare in a big city, lovely staff, breakfast buffet is spot on and great location for the Ramblas and metro and buses

Fortunately, this building is connected by two elevators, making it easily accessible. The room was a bit small, but perfectly adequate for a beach holiday

The buffet normally costs 24 Euros, which I found to be very poor value for money. Furthermore, at each meal, there was always only one staff member tasked with restocking the buffet, serving guests, and other duties

Our stay was excellent. We particularly appreciated being able to store our bikes in the garage. We encountered no issues, and the staff were very friendly.

Staff: They seemed friendly and were very open to my complaint regarding the cleanliness. Conclusion: For me, the stay was okay, as I spent most of my time outside the hotel anyway
