Pretty and nice beach. Everything is clean and nice to enjoy for vacation

The infinity pool is beautiful, but the service is quite average, not up to five-star hotel standards.

It takes them 15 minutes to check in one person and the Elite line take even longer than regular both times!

The Ritz-Carlton brand speaks for itself and the expectation is high when staying here, as to be expected. The hotel was wonderful, and the staff were exceptional and attentive, and the food was also truly at a 5* level

The staff here is very well trained. The room we had is beautiful with views. The location is beautiful and right next to the beach. They even have a free shuttle from the hotel to plaça Catalunya

As a Gold member, she went above and beyond to upgrade me to a sea-view room and was very patient in explaining why the hotel's logo wasn't very prominent

On a positive note, the sea view in Barcelona is indeed beautiful, and the design aesthetic of the Ritz, along with the bedding and toiletries, are, as always, top-notch

I absolutely loved the design style – modern and minimalist, yet with thoughtful details. The color scheme and furniture placement were very tasteful, making it perfect for photos

There's a mall across the street, which makes dining very convenient. Getting to tourist attractions requires taking the subway or bus. It's perfect for a relaxing beach vacation

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room was impeccably clean, every corner spotless, and the bedding had a subtle fresh scent that made my stay incredibly comfortable

But there's a good shopping mall with plenty of dining options, including American staples (McDonald's, Taco Bell, KFC, Five Guys, etc. ) and Metro train station is less than 10min walk

The lounge offered very little in terms of food, especially hot dishes. The room itself felt a bit old. Otherwise, no major issues. The minibar was completely empty.

Location: The hotel is right by the sea, with bars and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The environment is decent, and the breakfast is great, even with champagne available.

The pool makes it's job, and it's great to be open all year long! Though, here are few things taht wolud need fixing - the fitness room is too samll, having 3 persons inside feels like croud

Location is brilliant for access to the beach and promenade for running. Rooftop pool is excellent with good views, quite a small pool but ideal to jump in to cool off. Breakfast was good with a nice selection

I love their breakfast especially the beans with sauce! We haven’t had the chance to chill on their rooftop pool as the beach is just a walk away and Barcelona has too many places to go to but we’ll definitely book a stay Ilunion again when we’re back 😊😉

The room is in a very good size. The adding bed is not that bad. Swimming pool are small but enough. Staff there are super nice A mall next to it

The beach closest to the hotel is still like a building site as they’re doing work to the promenade. Again this didn’t bother us as it’s only a 10 minute walk to the next beach

Some staff were helful--others not. Windows were filthy. Pool on some days ot attended and no towels available. Front desk was not aware that only buffet was available for breakfast

We stayed in a junior suite on the top floor (10th) and had an amazing view. It is a bit outside of the centre, but there are good restaurants nearby and easy access to both Beach and centre

We could not have been happier! We booked a Superior room, but were silently upgraded to a Deluxe room with a view of the pool and the courtyard. The room was quite large, beautifully renovated, with a great bathroom

Our United flight was canceled and we were provided lodging at the Catalonia Ramblas, and Sabrina gave us the terrace suite! The room was very nice, with a heated towel rack and private pool

Zero noise through the night, very comfortable bed and plenty of comfy pillows, has a great pool which is rare in a big city, lovely staff, breakfast buffet is spot on and great location for the Ramblas and metro and buses

Two giant bugs found their way into the room. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Some noise issues with the windows so make sure to bring earplugs if not a sound sleeper

Hotel is about 5 min walk from Flixbus dropoff at the big central bus station ( North) where many coaches are represented. You can walk to the grand Arc de Triomp area to reach the Gothic Quarter

There's some refreshments near the reception. There's coffee and tea making amenity in the room. Surprised that my room has no toilet paper hanger and we have to request for toilet paper

They come at about 10-11 am every day, you can always ask them for something specific like don't make the bed, but wash the floor - no problem

Suitable for a short beach holiday, but that's about it. I booked this hotel as a solo traveler for 4 nights. Upon arrival, I was informed that my room would be in the second building

Fortunately, this building is connected by two elevators, making it easily accessible. The room was a bit small, but perfectly adequate for a beach holiday

The buffet normally costs 24 Euros, which I found to be very poor value for money. Furthermore, at each meal, there was always only one staff member tasked with restocking the buffet, serving guests, and other duties
