The front desk was very helpful. There was no language barrier thanks to the AI-assisted tools available, and the receptionists were exceptionally friendly.

I have to commend the front desk staff for patiently helping me switch rooms. I forgot to ask for her name, but she was very patient and moved me to a mixed-gender room. Otherwise, I would have been incredibly embarrassed staying in a room with only women. I know working in the hotel industry isn't easy, and meeting guest demands can be tough. However, the service quality of some individual staff members definitely needs improvement.

Pretty good! The bathroom and bedroom are separate, which really helps reduce disturbances when getting ready. My only minor complaint is that the door in my room could use some oiling – it creaks quite a bit every time it opens or closes, which is a bit unsettling! Overall, I'm very satisfied; it's the best hostel I've stayed at in Europe.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around; it's within walking distance to the subway station and major attractions. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The front desk service was professional and efficient, with smooth communication. Overall, it offers great value for money, perfect for short trips or business travel. I'd definitely choose to stay here again.

The hostel is so luxurious and clean, We loved the ambiance so much, the staff were so kind and patient with us, they were so welcoming and helpful, I love it 😻

Pleas don't use this hostel.
Very disgust smell in the corridor and room.
And room condition is very dirty.
I feel so long time not clean the room.
So i request for change the room, but very rude staff is always say "i don't know"
So i change the my accommodation.
I can't any refund.

The room was spotless, and the bathroom was clean with a great shower. They even have a pool table in the common area, which is perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Overall, I highly recommend this place, especially for solo travelers. It's excellent value for money.

This was one of the BEST hostels in Barcelona. Finger print entry, huge storage locker. Comfy beds and super clean room. Access to bar/lounges in the facility as well as rooftop pool and plenty to do!!

Nice Hostel right in the center of Barcelona. The prices aren't high and the rooms are really up to date but pretty small and the restroom isn't really seperated from the rest of the room. Most of the guests are between 20-30 years old
