5 star We are so glad we booked here for a 1 night stay and wish we had been able to stay longer. The staff are fantastic and can’t do enough for you. Some health and safety issues are lacking in the property. The wood pieces in the pool area is moving and hurt my feet. We warned them but they did not care. There are rusty nails in the open. We turned up a Thursday night looking for somewhere to stay for 2 nights, the reception staff were amazing and helped us find the best room for us and at a good price. Lovely hotel with friendly hard working staff. Loads to do for children up to about age 10, but I wouldn’t recommend it for older children or teenagers as there is just not enough to keep them entertained. For the younger ones, this feels like a very safe hotel where kids come first and are really well taken care of by the kids club team.

This hotel is very interesting. The evening entertainment was superb -- Las Vegas quality without crowds. The public areas are decorated with art and antiques you would see at a large show and you can spend hours just touring the many large public areas and getting a good look at the collections.

Excepting breakfast was everything great. If they improve the buffet (fresh bread and more vegetables), they'll have a big plus. We are so grateful they've accepted our little clean dog inside. An extrordinary place for families, a super outdoor swimmingpool for cooling yourself during the hot hours and a cosy restaurant with terrase.

Stayed for a week. Cleaning was done daily and properly. The rooms are well equipped and looking nice. We only changed ours because we didn't want fifth floor.
