Hotel Metropol 4 Superior in Lloret de Mar

Where do I start staff at breakfast not friendly very aggressive attitude don't ask them for help they don't like helping. Bar opens if meal is booked other wise it's closed, and if it does open it closed at 9. No entertainment at all. WiFi terrible. Promo rooms no balcony and rooms with balcony look into a building. We only were B&B thank god the breakfast was terrible the hot food was so greasy and if you got a fry egg it was as if it had been chilled from the night before will never go back and it definately not worth it's 4stars. Only one TV English chanel and its new only!!! Never Again!!!!

Hotel staff was very helpful but I was disappointed with very small room (bed covered doors to middle). Wifi was very bad as well. Correctly worked only at hall.

Bad rooms. Bad wifi. Loud students and staff does nothing about it. Very noisy really hard to sleep.

I don't know how the hotel is rated 4 stars? the refrigerator must be ordered separately for money,a Hairdryer and an iron it is necessary to ask at the reception.
