Reviews
It's great to sleep among dust, wood, and humidity.
It's unfortunate to sleep on two wooden planks.
I would like to highlight how kind both the manager and the manager were, but the two girls simply didn't have an opinion. You say something to them, and they laugh at you.
Thank you for giving us back the two days we had left, since one of us in the room has allergies and we had to go to the hospital for his problem. The state of the facilities is deplorable.
Supposedly, they've changed management, and now they're going to improve everything, but there's still a lot to do to make that hotel worthy of sleeping, given the amount of dust it has.
The room smelled strongly of dirty bleach. Clean sheets and towels, but so old that they seem dirty. Disgusting and stained carpet. The old and dirty bathtub. They put bleach on it, but they don't scrub it or dry it.
A little disgusting, really
The location is not bad, about 10 minutes walk from the center. Free parking, but with 4 spaces.
It has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. Cleanliness is conspicuous by its absence, carpet floor with long-standing lint under the bed, cracks, dirty and torn curtains, ants in the bathroom... we had to ask them to clean the room and they did and it seemed like something else, but It is not normal to have to ask for a hotel room to be cleaned because it makes you sick to breathe. The blankets in the closet unfolded, dirty…
They take advantage of the fact that it is the only hotel near the hospital and charge too much for the room.
Lastly and most importantly, the empathy of the blonde lady at the reception is pitiful and disgusting. I was with my mother spending a few days at the hotel because my father was hospitalized and with the bad luck that my mother became very ill one night and I was not there. I had to travel 300 km in less than 10 hours to be able to take her to the hospital but she was so bad that I had to call 061. You can imagine the situation of having a father admitted recently operated on and a mother in the emergency room without knowing what is happening to her. . While I was waiting for 061, a situation of which I alerted the receptionist as soon as I arrived at the hotel and before seeing my mother since they had to open the door for me because she couldn't even get out of bed. The receptionist urged her to close for the week and even though we were going to stay there for more days, I had to go down to pay her for the week and leave my mother alone in the room again while she waited for the ambulance to arrive, when I was telling her that I didn't know how many more days we would be there because of what was happening, but I had to count on that night at least. Seeing that person's attitude I went down and paid for the whole week plus that night because I didn't know what was going to happen but finally we went to sleep somewhere else having that night paid for because I didn't even want to see their faces. If you have to pay every week, why don't they notify you when you enter the hotel? And even as I warn you, I think there are situations that should be exceptions. It makes me sad that people like that exist.
