Located just outside city centre. The check in was smooth. You pay a city tax at check in. The room was decent and clean. Wifi worked well.

The bed was so squeaky that I had to put the matress on the floor so I could sleep and the noise insulation in doors was also bad as I woke up in morning to the sounds of people walking in the corridor. Rooms were otherwise tidy and in good condition and good quality to price ratio. The staff was very friendly and helpful as I struggled to get a taxi to the airport.

The Loop Inn was amazing. Everyone was so friendly, it was an easy walk from the train station (about 30 min). It was clearly marked, which made it easy to find. The room was lovely, kitchen great, breakfast was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent breakfast with lots of options! Coffee and juices were plentiful. Lots of pastries and breads. A couple of sliced meats and cheese options.

Stay away from this dump. You registered in the morning and they make you come back in the late afternoon and wait in line again for two hours . Only one slow lady working the desk. Why one person at the busy time of day? What were they thinking? Hmmm...

Located about a ten-minute walk from the cathedral, the kitchen is large and well-equipped, allowing multiple people to cook without feeling cramped. The buffet breakfast, while simple, is delicious and offers a distant view of the cathedral. For a private room, it's a good choice.

It's about a 30-minute walk from the station, and there are many slopes, so I recommend taking the bus.
The room was a 4-person dormitory, and it was very nice as it came with bath towels and soap.
The bunk beds seemed a little flimsy.
The staff were very polite and helpful.

The airport bus left us two minutes from the hotel, it's line 6a. We only paid one euro and it took us about 20 minutes to get there... the hotel is very well located, 10 minutes walk from the old town. There are bakeries, cafes and even a pharmacy near the hotel... the beds were very comfortable, there was hardly any noise, we rested very well, the rooms were cleaned every day and they left us clean towels, gel, etc. We paid for breakfast included and it was super good, there was a lot of variety... the receptionists were super friendly, even when leaving the hotel we left our suitcases there all afternoon when we had a flight at night... and that's a plus! They have a rest area and at the entrance of the reception there are two coffee machines and a variety of snacks in case you don't feel like leaving the hotel!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE HOTEL 🙂

Showers flooded and bathrooms were dirty. People talking on the halls and cheap beds made it impossible to sleep. And to make things worse at 7:40am workers started smashing the walls.

Good location and nice garden. Very good service. Food was slightly disappointing. Pork loin was thin and crisp when it should have been juicy, salad was a bit uninspired. Asparagus undercooked and cod slightly over. Wine was very good though. I like the restaurant but food could be better.

One of the most beautiful places in Santiago. We came across this little gem when walking around the old town and decided to stay there. The room had a view of the cathedral and was tastefully and beautifully furnished. We loved everything about it. The most impressive part of the hotel is the garden restaurant though. You can just sit there tucked away in your own little corner and enjoy the superb dishes. Looking forward to the next time I'll come and stay there.
