Good quality hotel, excellent pool area with nicely kept terraces with sun loungers. Room bit dated and bathroom smelled like it had been smoked in, but otherwise bathroom good sized and shower good. Breakfast was good, buffet style. Room a bit tired and air-conditioning bit noisy but worked well to keep room cool. Bed was comfy but no kettle/coffee maker in Room. It was 1.5km from the Cathedral of Santiago, a quiet 20-minute walk away. The breakfast was excellent, and while eating, I could see the beautiful pool next to me. The view from the embankment was great, with a view of the entire city of Santiago.

While I am not an expert on the specific requirements for a five-star rating, this hotel did not meet those expectations in my experience. Nice hotel about 16 minutes walk from the Santiago Cathedral. Quiet area, pleasant rooms, good breakfast. Very little interaction with staff. Set menu for dinner as pictured was underwhelming … the potato was hard and dry and the pork was tough. Otherwise a good stay.

The hotel room is spacious and warm, the bedding is comfortable, the faucet in the bathroom has plenty of water, and the bathroom is large with four faucets, which can accommodate two people to take a bath at the same time! The breakfast is rich and the coffee is very good! It's a pity that the facade was under repair when I went there, so I couldn't take pictures of the beautiful scenery.

Modern hotel with olde world touches in the rooms. Lovely fountain and open plan vista on the inside all floors can be seen from the ground floor and downwards from the top level (breakfast room) with an array of real plants hanging down from each level.

This hotel is not small in this town. The location is quite convenient, and you can walk to the center. It happened to be a major power outage in Spain, so the hotel provided us with instant noodles.

I arrived way early for check in, and te hotel stored my bags while I walked around. Then at check in, I got a nice room upgrade.

The room is OK, the breakfast is rich

The location is a bit far, 4 km from the cathedral, but parking is convenient, the room is large, neat and clean, the breakfast is good, and the dinner is also very well cooked.

Literally across the Old Town, its location is ideal for travellers with no car. You can explore the city on foot, plenty of restaurants, shops and of course, the famous Catedral de Santiago.

I have nothing to say. The cleaning, tidying, and front desk were all excellent. There was also a bathtub, which was perfect for soothing your tired body. It's close to tourist attractions, so it's convenient for getting around anywhere. Arranging a taxi 🚕 in the morning was also smooth. Thank you very much.

Lovely service at the front desk - they gave us a map and showed us the sights on it, recommended restaurants, and were wonderful when I lost something important in the room. Nice comfortable rooms and just steps from the old town. Also highly recommend a post-Camino massage from Iria!

It was clean, But unfortunately the hospitality no so good. They sent you a super welcoming message that for the price of the hotel you are happy to get. Pretty nice hotel with good sized rooms for our one night visit to Santiago de Compostela. The manager was nice enough to accommodate us even though I made some booking errors online. Paid underground parking garage was one minute away but tricky to get in and out.

While largish chain hotels are not usually our thing, this hotel does well.Junior Suite for 2 nights, very comfortable. Cathedral view, great for the fireworks on St James' Eve. Not too difficult to drive to, with good parking, and only 10 minutes walk (approx) to Cathedral.

The Historic Setting of this hotel, situated in the heart of Santiago de Compostela's historic center, it is within walking distance of the Cathedral and other attractions. This is advertised as 5 star hotel. It is not. There were no basic coffee/tea making facility in the room & only a basic shower over bath in the bathroom. Hairdrier did not work in our room and took a long time to get fixed. It has a beautiful foyer & a nice pool area (pool is uniformly deep however) & the service was generally very good. Location is pretty close to the Old Town.

This hotel told me it was full even it accepted my booking. I was sent to another hotel without shuttling service, I paid for the taxi. It’s not a common experience like this. The other hotel, Eurostar Gran has good service, but indeed too old to be fresh.

Overall, the hotel was very good. The room was spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable, which made the stay enjoyable. However, it is unacceptable to have a double bed for a couple that is only 135 cm wide. For a hotel of this standard, a proper double or queen-size bed should be the minimum. This significantly impacted the comfort of the stay and should be addressed.

I really liked this hotel. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. The entire hotel was clean and in good shape. Nice/friendly front desk staff. And I really enjoyed the breakfast; fairly good variety and all the food choices were very fresh. They have a shuttle that’ll take you to downtown but I believe it’s unavailable from 1-5pm so just plan accordingly. Watch out for the bathtub, I found the bottom...

We stayed in a villa which was spacious but dark. It also wasn’t super clean (cobwebs everywhere) and the service left much to be desired. I would say it’s good for a 3 star hotel as far as service and amenities, but not a 4 star.

The hotel is generally good, well-kept territory, interesting landscape, nice garden, good restaurant, convenient bus from the hotel to the city center. The huge minus of the room (room "Villa") is the strongest smell of dampness and old furniture on the first floor of the room, which was impossible to air out even with the balcony and windows constantly open. Worse location for a hotel in a shopping center, not near the city center and taxi service on the city is bad lady in the front desk was very nice, we tried to cancel and no way they would charge the full amount, is better to find a hostel city center

The 3 of us heartedly recommend it. For people with walking issues, please be aware that the hotel is located 25mn from Santiago’s cathedral.

Furnishing is slightly out of date, but its clean and very tidy, not worned out at least. Ask for the street view, its much better than the mall view. Housekeeping is top notch, cannot get any better. The reception was great and very friendly, we had bikes stored in their store room and had to collect the keys from them. Aside from the location being fairly convenient, there really isn’t much else to praise. It’s a hotel with no facilities at all , not even a bottle of water is provided, so you’ll have to buy your own from the supermarket. It's within walking distance, making it easy to get there by bus and lug your luggage. It's also not far from the cathedral. The facilities and service are relatively satisfactory. The only downside is that the bathroom lacks shower amenities. Otherwise, everything was good. There are also two large supermarkets nearby, making grocery shopping convenient.

Great location, close to everything. The window overlooks the courtyard. The electronic door lock is rather inconvenient; it doesn't work right away, so you have to hear the infamous "door is open" sound from the neighboring rooms down the hall.

It's a great hotel with a 24-hour reception. It was clean and the facilities were good. I had to take a taxi at dawn, but they kindly called me and took good care of me. I would like to stay here again next time I go to Santiago.

When booking the hotel, it was described as having air conditioning, but upon check-in, the AC didn't work, and there was only a fan by the bed. We asked the front desk, but they simply said we'd booked an economy room without AC, adding that a fan was provided.
