This is a modest and simple hotel with a great potential for a boutique hotel. The location is perfect to explore the city. A good breakfast included in the fare: the traditional handmade bread is really good, great coffee!

We only stayed for a few hours, but the apartment was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the hot water took a while to heat up in the shower.

From the moment I arrived, I noticed quite poor customer service: the reception staff was unfriendly, and any questions seemed like an annoyance. The most concerning thing was the way the staff treated me. There was a tense atmosphere, and it was clear they weren't respected, which reflects poorly on the hotel's management. As a guest, this directly affects the experience. If the staff doesn't feel well treated, it's difficult for them to provide service. The cleanliness of the hotel isn't bad, but it could be improved. I wouldn't recommend the hotel, and I hope they take steps to improve customer service and the treatment of their employees.

We booked their Airbnb which they have across the road.

These apartments are one of the bests you will find in Vigo and offer everything you need for the perfect stay such as kitchen, big bed, brand new bathroom, etc.

They are located right in the city center and if you book at the right time you can get them at a really good price.

It was a really nice experience, but the wifi could be slow at times. Great studio hotel room nevertheless.

The food is tasteless the service no good and from a company of three we all share the same opinion. Referance to service they are rood with no manners the presentation of the plate's good. They need training, to upgrade the dressing as well to improve in cleanliness and how to handle plates for serving food. I don't really understand the 5 star reviews.
