One major complaint. Don't get fooled by the photos they have of a TERRACE. It is NOT AVAILABLE for you to go to. It is MISLEADING to show the photos how they do here and on Hotel com

There’s friendliness, and then there’s Camino spirit—that sacred, worn-through warmth that makes your tired feet feel welcome. This hotel had the first, but not the second. The hosts were kind, efficient, but the soul of the place felt like it was buried beneath cracked tiles and mildew. The building is older, and unfortunately, it shows—in the musty bathroom with no ventilation, and in the elevator that closes like a drunk hug: sudden, rough, and unwilling to let go. The bed was comfortable, and the lobby had a lounge, but the rest felt like it needed a fresh wind. Not terrible, just tired. Pilgrims might want to drift on to places where the Camino glow still lingers.

the worst hotel in which I have ever stayed! be prepared that despite the warm temperature outside, extremely hot batteries are waiting for you in the inside! no one could help me with this, the staff is completely incompetent! 1/10

Tucked away in a quiet street yet having views across the Ria de Vigo from the back, we were pleased with our stay. Very friendly staff on reception who also serve in the small bar in the foyer. Very homely rooms comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Only a few minutes walk from the main shopping street and a short distance from the old town and the harbour. Vigo is a real Galician Spanish town waiting to be discovered - we stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it as a real place, in other words no tourist shops - or if there were we did not find them. At time of our visit there was work going on around central Porta do Sol to make it more traffic-free, but were especially fascinated by the string of escalators that ascend the hill from that point- especially useful when returning to the hotel. We had a room overlooking the Ria -very good value for money.

This hotel was booked because it was suggested by a friend. To be honest, there is a lack of stars to be rated in service.
People in charge of reception were the best of the best.
Gave me excellent price, gave me check in in advance, take care of the bar in order to have a beer and coffees with friends, took care of luggage after check out, help with directions.
No words to express my gratitude.

We liked it a lot, it is very close to Príncipe and therefore to the center, the hotel has the typical services and although it is a little old, it has everything, even for a little more you can have breakfast right there. The bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious as is the closet. The bathtub was a little battered as was the sink faucet but for the price it is very good.

We were 4 so the room we had was huge , which a kitchen fully equipped. An amazing room , clean and with a terrace

It was the cheapest acceptable hotel I found that day. It worked ok, but I was happy to upgrade to a better hotel the next night. Go there if you are on a budget. It was clean and location was excellent.
