Close to the Mediterranean. 5 minutes.
Had all the mod cons, but definitely needs updating and work on the inside. Plenty of space in the rooms, but the bathroom was small. The shower was even smaller.
You may need earplugs or muffs as the tram rattles by along the street.

We spent 4 nights in May in Apartment 3 (1st floor)
+ The apartment is big
+ Public transport just outside
+ Beach is close
+ Wifi was ok
+ Parking in front
+ Easy access
+ Good communication
~ location: it is a little sketchy, if you want charming Cabanyal, this is not it. Heavy police presence due to a giant squatted building close by
~ the area is a regular neighborhood, the inhabitants tend to be loud and addicted to something, but also spontaneously throwing parties in the park in front.
~ parking is in front, but there are signs of car break ins. So we didn't want to risk it (esp. with German license plate) and parked via Saba at the market of Cabanyal, which is 10min walk away.
- cleaning could be improved
- an overall upgrade would be necessary

The rooms were fine and had everything you need. You have to mop the bathroom floor after every shower, because the drain is too small to cope with the power of the shower, but otherwise it was very nice. Good value for money. Location couldn't be more perfect. Very easy walk to the beach and playgrounds, and very well connected to the city centre.

The cleanliness is almost non-existent when we arrived I had to wash the floor because we like to walk barefoot, there was an area outside that was also dirty and then the pillows on the beds are dirty, take the ones that are washed. I made the reservation online followed a lot, until we paid, then they didn't send me the reservation with the arrival and departure dates so we found ourselves in the morning with the cleaning lady and we had to rush to get rid of things. There may be confusion with the dates, but if there had been organization and professionalism this confusion would not have occurred. I already know little about the language. Francesca was unavailable and Alessandra doesn't speak Italian and was a rude person. I will definitely never trust them again. 🤬

We spent 10 days together in November 2021 in this apartment no. 1 (ground floor) in Valencia. Clean, well-kept (everything was intact, tidy, well maintained), well lit, safe (windows, doors), elevator available (not relevant to us, but the elevator even 'did' the three steps in the hall to our apartment!) , the street noise (traffic, trams) was reasonably well excluded with closed windows, good hot water in the kitchen and bathroom, air conditioning, location near the beach (five minutes walk), and directly (and cheaply) connected to the city center via tram line 4, WiFi signal OK. The TV does have more than 50 channels, but only Spanish. Via the good WiFi we had our 'own' KPN network, with Dutch TV, on our tablet. Fast and satisfactory email contact with the landlord for a slightly later check-in, the operation of cooking equipment and a slightly later check-out.
