The seaside hotel is quite large, the front desk staff are friendly, there is underground parking, the rooms are spacious with large balconies, and the facilities are good.
The hotel’s location is absolutely fantastic, situated right by the beach and within easy walking distance of the historic old town. Another major highlight is the breakfast—the spread is excellent and even includes Cava, which was a lovely touch. The staff throughout the hotel, including those at the lobby bar, are very kind, helpful, and welcoming. However, the property is showing significant signs...
We stayed here with family end of September. We booked three rooms: two execute suites and one family room. All the staff were great, rooms clean, breakfast buffet was delicious and the pop up ice cream stand was amazing. Just worth noting (and this might not bother everyone), the family room we got faced towards a beach club to the South of the hotel which was audible to us staying in the family room...
For me, this resort hotel is the most beautiful and best hotel in Valencia. The hotel is architecturally well-designed, stylishly furnished, and very spacious. I felt very welcome at this hotel and was always well looked after. The large room was always spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet was beautifully presented and truly delicious. I especially loved the freshly squeezed...
Catalin at reception and all of the other staff were fantastic. The personal touch is incredible, they really know what their guests need. When calling reception Catalin could literally recognise my voice and respond in my native language, without having to tell who it is. He ensured our stay is fantastic and that we are happy with the room. The other staff had amazing attention to detail too and unfortunately...
Room is reasonably spacious and somewhat updated but the bathroom is old. Do not expect to have nice relaxing shower. Whole hotel is feeling a little dated, with random desks set up in the lobby for concierge and guest services. The hallways to the rooms are musky. When I pulled up google to write a review, I was surprised to see it is a 5 star hotel. It does not feel like one at all. Service has been...

I initially made a mistake with the dates of my reservation and simply asked the hotel to change them – a request other hotels have easily handled for me before. Instead, the hotel refused to help, blamed the booking agency. Because of this, I lost my money. Totally unacceptable customer service.
This is my second stay in this hotel and it is just as I remembered. The staff are very friendly and go that little extra to make sure you are comfortable and to help as needed. At check in they give you a card with restaurant recommendations from places nearby. The girl at the front desk told me which were her favorites and recommended a few extra. The rooms are spacious and clean. They have giant...
Good location., and everything 🎉❤️
Very nicely decorated. Clean and excellent service. 7 mins walk from metro.
Excellent hotel and the best service I’ve experienced in any hotel in years. Every staff member was so attentive, warm & effortlessly helpful. They anticipated what we needed before we did. The hotel was outstanding. Perfectly located with great restaurants & a really nice spa & gym. Had a great relaxing massage. Stayed with family members for 5 days in November/December & would highly highly recommend...
I had an excellent experience during my very long stay . The staff is excellent! I will be back in January. Best hotel in Valencia. I really liked that the hotel has a well equipped and thought-through gym. Jorge the Personal Trainer is one of the best PTs I have ever worked with. He tailors work-out to individual requirements. I highly recommend.

This is my second stay at this well-established 5-star hotel. The lobby is grand and luxurious, and the rooms are large and comfortable. The decor is a bit dated, but still quite nice. The breakfast is plentiful and meets 5-star standards. Overall, it offers good value for money.
It's barely a 5-star hotel. The rooms need updating, and the TV wasn't even a smart TV. The rooftop cocktails were quite weak. The pool was very small, and when we went, there were no towels. We had to ask for them. Mistakes a 5-star hotel shouldn't have. The facilities were adequate. The breakfast buffet was fine.
Great, centrally located, and with good service. I'll definitely come back when I return to Valencia.
Most attractions are within walking distance. The front desk service is professional and enthusiastic. They recommended many restaurants to us, all of which were delicious! The room service is considerate and clean every day! 💌I will come again next time!
From the moment we arrived at SH Valencia Palace, our experience was nothing short of fantastic. The check-in and check-out process was impressively smooth and fast, allowing us to start our vacation without any delays. The rooms were not only spacious but also maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness, providing a comfortable and luxurious environment for our stay. The location of the hotel...
The room - nice, clean, modern. Walls are a bit thin though, I could hear the neighbor snoring at night. But it didn't bother me much. The bathroom products are great! Breakfast - very good! Nice choice, high quality. The interior of the hotel is beautiful. Plenty of space in the lobby, too. Working desks available as well. My only criticism is towards the staff in the breakfast room (often chatting...

Our family of four booked two rooms! The hotel gave us a connecting suite, which was very large and comfortable! However, one of the rooms had a problem with the drainpipe; it smelled terrible. The hotel's engineering department and housekeeping staff came to fix it, but it didn't improve the situation! Changing rooms would have been inconvenient with a child, so we had to make do with the smell for...
Lacks overall 5 Star Service , we checked in around 9PM and as well during the day no one is standing next to the entry to help out or greet , reception is hidden , water comes in plastic bottles at room temperature, no other welcome snacks and you need to call for a toothbrush. Had been in other JW and Westin and was treated like a queen , but overall this time in Valencia is more a YMCA self service...
Perfect stay and expect the next time.
The room type was great, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was just average, but everything else was really good.
Just an amazing property, beautiful location is of the charts, staff could not be more helpful. Gorgeous and spacious rooms, the only thing is those carpets could be cleaned a little more often or a little more thorough
My recent stayed in Westin was very pleasant! The room was spacious but what made it different was the service. I was impressed the service provided by every staff member at the concierge especially Juan. He was very helpful and friendly. Great location, great staff who provided excellent service. The thing we did not appreciate was the lack of lights/lamps in our room.
This is our "go to" place of lodging whenever we visit Valencia. It is right in the old town, walking distance to pretty much EVERYTHING. Fabulous staff, great quiet residential location but with restaurants etc 5-10 minutes walk away. Spotless but simple room, very modern. Nice bar and good breakfast. We love this hotel and will return.

The rooms are better than pictured. Honestly very very nicely designed. Great room amenities too. The staff have been great, attentive and friendly. The gym is average, or below average but fine. The spa area is decent but sauna is in need of refreshing. They could use a renovation in the whole spa and gym area.
The whole experience at HOSPES Palau de Mar was exceptional! Laura and Federico at the reception were amazing and very helpful in guiding us since this was our first visit to Valencia. We would definitely recommend and stay here on our next visit.

Above and beyond. Please note... there are two Meliás in Valencia so be aware! The room was spectacular with access to a special lounge floor. Bed was very comfortable and room was immaculate. Breakfast in the resturant was delicious and hosted to perfection. Definately recommend.
Highly recommend the Level junior suite, which feels more like a real suite than a junior one. Excellent views, two restrooms, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, very clean spaces, and access to the Level lounge make for an excellent experience. Level team members are also very professional, welcoming, and fun to talk with. Free parking on the street right in front of the hotel was an added bonus....
The hotel is very large, and the lobby is beautiful. It's also close to the highway, which makes getting around very convenient.
I had a wonderful stay at Meliá Valencia as part of my European birthday trip. 1. Location: The hotel is right off the highway exit, making it very convenient for self-driving. 2. The hotel lobby is quite grand and nice, but the rooms are just average. They lack ventilation and have a bit of a strong odor. 3. The hotel breakfast is decent, with a good variety of choices.
An absolutely excellent hotel! The lobby is super stylish, and the rooms are really nice too. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with both a bathtub and a shower, and the views are great. They often host wedding ceremonies here, and the decor is very tastefully done.

The location was fantastic and excellent. The facilities were also clean, making me want to use this place again. However, the service was a bit disappointing as some of my requests weren't met.
Large corporate style hotel some way out of town. Modern decent sized rooms with large bathroom. Decent buffet breakfast and outdoor pool area. Basic bar. Requires a 20 minute taxi ride into the centre or 1 hour walk.
We loved it! We had a wonderful stay. It’s our third time. We will keep coming back whenever visiting Valencia.
Great breakfast, good facilities. The location is convenient with a public parking below the hotel.
Disappointing in some respects, room was Ok, bathroom dated. Big stain on the seat of one of the armchairs in the room! Housekeeping needs improving.. Beautiful views from the room and everything was clean. The only problem i found was that the beer in the minibar had been drunk by a sneaky guest and filled with water, and had the lid put back on. I phoned up reception, and they said they would bring two beers, but they never came. Have a wonderful time other than that the beach was beautiful
Location is good. Right next to Science And Arts Museum. Room is good with a balcony. Lots of variety of breakfast and with good environment.
1. excellent location 2. the room is cleaned perfectly 3. the breakfast is delicious, especially on non-holiday days 4. the bed is excellent, but the furniture and dishes are outdated

The hotel breakfast is good with wide spread of choices. There’s also two nearby shopping malls Aqua and El Corte Ingles, with restaurants and supermarket to look for food and drinks👍👍

The hotel is too focus on sustainability, there is no kettle, coffee or tea provided.
Good hotel in a great location if you want to be near the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, if you wish to be near the old town its not so good. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the metro but there are bus stops nearby, if you wish to explore other parts of the city. The hotel itself is located next to a shopping centre, one of the hotel exits leads directly into the shopping centre, it has...
The hotel is close to attractions and shopping mall. There is a taxi stand close by. It's easy to go to places.
I can only review the overnight stay. Having said that, I was satisfied with everything: location, services, cleanliness, the room, and the property as a whole. What's more, if you don't feel like exploring the city for your own reasons, you're inside one shopping center and have another right next door, all without disturbing the hotel's tranquility.
This was my second stay here, and the hotel's location is absolutely perfect. Right outside, you'll find a huge shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. It's super easy with kids, as you don't have to go far. The ArtScience Museum is just across the street, making it a breeze to visit the attractions. The room was much more spacious than I expected, spotlessly clean, and the...
For the price, this is an outstanding place to stay in Valencia. Breakfast was included, the views over the Science Museum and Turia Gardens were a real highlight, and on-site parking was effortless—even with a large SUV. Check-in was seamless, and the staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful. Although the rooms are slightly dated, the high-quality materials create a comfortable, cosy atmosphere...

The desk is not only extendable but also designed with functionality in mind, making it an ideal choice for business trips where extensive computer work is required. Its adjustable features allow for easy setup in various environments, ensuring that you can create a comfortable workspace wherever you are. The sturdy construction provides stability, while the sleek design adds a professional touch,...
We didn't have water and weren't informed it would happen. The reception smelled horribly of sweat at night, and there was no coffee maker in the room. Very well located. The shower was tiny, you could barely fit.
se on time here .Just a good and convenient confirmation . Good breakfast good room.. convenient parking. supermarket at walking distance . Subway, too staff is good to.is large . bathroom ok .Valencia is a nice city , good to stay and explore .
Not far from the airport or city center, and there's a subway station right downstairs with a large supermarket nearby, which is really convenient. The staff were also quite friendly. However, I think the air conditioning in the room isn't working so well, probably because the hotel is a bit old.
Stayed here on a Sunday night. Everywhere was closed and we could only go to a Carrefour a short drive away. The room is spacious but the bathtub was a little dangerous because the shower screen couldn't open fully so I could only slip in from the end. But end of the bathtub is curved and when it is wet is is extra slippery. I nearly slipped and fell. Overall still an okay stay.
Good Location near to Metro station. It is convenient to visit to city center. Besides, overall, facilities are quite new and clean. Comfortable to stay.

AC doesn’t work, and the woman working at the bar on March 1st 9PM was very impolite when she approached us saying we couldn’t eat the food we ordered in the lobby. Other than these two things everything was great.
Several minutes away from Oceanographic, super welcoming staff, easy parking with lots of space. The rooms are with all the amenities needed for the comfortable stay. Really good value for money.
We recently stayed at the Valencia Oceanic and overall had a wonderful experience. The property is fantastic, the location is ideal, and the rooms are impressively spacious. For the first two nights, we stayed in a standard room which was clean and comfortable, thought we did miss having an electric kettle (it did, however, have a hair dryer!). We later upgraded to a premium room which was much better...
My stay at the INNSIDE Hotel by Melia in Valencia was really great. The value for the price is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large beds and modern technology, including a nice television. The views from the rooms are also very good. The hotel isn’t very close to the city center, but it’s near a couple of malls and other convenient...
Very clean, comfortable bedding, and a wide selection of breakfast options. The minibar drinks are unlimited and refilled daily. The hotel has a great location, and there's free parking available on the white lines downstairs.
I had a wonderful stay in this hotel, everything was so modern and clean. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful with special thanks to Sophia at reception for being so accommodating. Throughout the rest of our stay José was amazing at making guests feel at home and taken care of. Any issues we had were dealt with immediately by José which was greatly appreciated. Excellent experience! Staff were amazing, and the hotel exceeded my expectations.
The staff were very kind and upgraded us to a larger room than usual. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and had strong water pressure. The bedroom had air conditioning even though it was winter. The bed was soft and very comfortable, and there was plenty of space to organize our belongings. The breakfast was acceptable; although it was not very varied, it was sufficient for what we needed for breakfast
Location is good, rooms are good and clean but I don’t recommend the take the breakfast, I found it really bad and lacking of resources. Better to eat outside.
the hotel is in Valencia . near the city center and it is close to airport.
Great stay at the Senator Parque Central, Room had plenty of space, bed and pillows very comfortable and very clean room. Location is quite good, just 15min from train station and town center. And Russafa are is quite well alive, lots of restaurant/bar options. Service was 10/10 whenever I needed anything, this was handled quickly.
The room is spacious and has light, the bed is nice. TV as well, fridge works well. The bathroom is big and the shower has strong water pressure. The furniture is a bit odd, and some of the floor plates were moving. The gym is old and needs to be improved. For a decent price (below 80 EUR) is a good option to stay.

Excellent and abundant breakfast; helpful staff and a large, comfortable room.
We stayed at the hotel during the Fallas festival. A big plus for us was the hotel's private parking and its location in an unrestricted area. In the evening, it turned out that the best spot to watch the fireworks was right in front of the hotel. There's also a great bar on the hotel's rooftop with panoramic views. So, we were very pleased with our hotel choice. It's especially convenient for those...
Towel should better be more clean  Flushing is not enough  Shower is weak
The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Science City. Parking is convenient but costs €18 per day, which is a bit pricey. The parking lot entrances and exits are narrow, requiring excellent driving skills! Breakfast was very generous, and the Domino pizza we had was especially, especially, especially delicious—there was even a queue at 11 pm!
This is a proper modern hotel, not a remodeled European old building. The hotel is located just across the street from the City of Arts and Sciences and Ganhe Park. The design is business but also has a holiday feel. The room is spacious enough, the service is good, and the rooftop bar overlooks the City of Arts and Sciences. The breakfast is rich, with all the cold cuts and cheeses I can think of...
Good location, OK room, good value for money. But I wrote that I didn't want the last room when I booked the room, but they still arranged the last room for me! This made me very angry!

One member of reception quoted a ridiculous price for the rooms. Sadly not up to 5 star standard. One of the receptionist was exceptional thank you. This hotel is no where near the center of Valencia. It is in a rather unpleasant area. The information on the internet does not correspond to the actual hotel. Far too expensive, for what we paid. I was woken up by someone screaming at reception, I am...
Spent 2 days, 4 star hotel with a friendly staff, nicely decorated and very comfortable rooms.Only 1 tram stop from Valencia. Definitely recommend the place to anyone.
I went with my family and 3 kids, they give us a big room. The beds and the pillow s very comfortable. The place is quiet.
Well-maintained old budget hotel in the suburbs of Valencia.
Hotel is good but the decoration for the breakfast area is really bad. Especially if you have kids. Why are there XXL pictures of naked people? Looks satanic. —— They came back to me and had a very open feedback culture. Regardless of whether they implement it or not, I would love to support owners and people with that open communication style and open feedback culture!
Good to have parking available. Accommodation adequate for one night layover.

Fine room and location, It’s right next to the bus station and close to metro. However, my complaint is that the dinner was 25 euros but didn’t include alcohols. The front desk was not patient. I lost my power adapter and ask if they would charge my phone for me, and they rejected right away without explaining. When I come back at the night another man In charge told me they couldn’t accept guest...
Good location great amenities would recommend
Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with options for all tastes. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This was the third time I stayed in Hotel Turia, and I would definitely stay there again.
Beautiful hotel and spacious room. Best was it's adjacent to bus station so if you are arriving early morning or late night you can walk 2 mins to get inside the hotel. Breakfast buffet was top notch with all the continental and Spanish items. They even allowed me an early check in and late check out at additional charges but that helped me a lot. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Highly recommended...

The hotel is very nice nice and clean.. the location is perfect just near Turia garden, the bus station and the nuovo centro shopping mall. Taxi stands just next door to the hotel. A real 4 stars hotel. The cleanliness of the room and the service were outstanding. The people of staff were always kind, friendly and available. In the room we found slippers, bath kit and a super soft robe. Special mention for the breakfast: great variety and quality. They also give you beach towels if you need. A gym parking and a close bus/metro stop complete the offer.

I loved this hotel. Wonderful service - friendly and helpful throughout. Great location on a beautiful side street, right in the heart of town. And the room was great! Spacious, nicely furnished, and bright, even facing the inner courtyard. Nice to have the rooftop too. This will be my go-to spot in Valencia.
Perfect place to stay in Valencia, the Hotel is stunning and immaculate, staff were all really welcoming, friendly, and helpfull. Location does not get much better. A few minutes in any direction will take you somewhere worth seeing. This was my 2nd stay here, and will not be my last!
Marqués House is in an excellent location, central to all the main attractions. It's a charming hotel, clean and well decorated. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on. The room was quiet and had a lovely little balcony. The amenities, including a robe and slippers, were top-notch. I highly recommend...
Excellent hotel in a perfect location, ideal both for sightseeing and for the marathon weekend. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish. I stayed here for the marathon and the hotel truly went the extra mile: a welcome package for runners in the room, early breakfast on race day, and a special pre-race dinner the evening before. All of this made the experience much easier....
We originally booked Hotel Marqués Hous in Valencia for just one night, but we ended up staying for two because we liked it so much. We arrived with our 17-month-old daughter, and I was 27 weeks pregnant, and honestly, we haven’t been treated this kindly in a long time. The staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely friendly. It didn’t feel forced at all. They even left us little handwritten notes...
I can’t imagine choosing a more perfect hotel for our stay in Valencia! Perfect location close to all the main attractions and convenient to transportation.
