Hulot B&B Valencia in Valencia

Okay budget hotel located centrally. Room was spacious, bathroom was clean and massive! We had two showers in our room. Had free laundry, shared kitchen and small terrace. It can get loud as there's a cabaret across the alley and a bar beside. Music was playing and people were talking and singing loudly until about 1AM.

Room was clean and warm for winter conditions. Reception was helpful and ok. BUT, there is a big but here:
Reception of B&b s like this generally are not open 7/24. And in that day Card reader that unlocks the apartment door happened to be broke down. We left when they are trying to fix it. But when we came back at night it was still broken so we couldn't enter with no internet and no mobile phone access with nothing but backpack and some money on us, can you imagine? So we find someone to call the emergency number that noone answered!!! Afterwards we stayed in a bar close to hotel and used the wifi to msg the number on whatsapp to no avail. I even thought about calling the police. To make things worse, our plane was on the morning.
Then, at reliving last we saw the email with the pin code to door. They were kind enough to email the number.
That night could have been a lot different if we hadn't seen their email.
Long story short, room was ok but their inconsiderate and irresponsible behavior made our trip to valencia from good to a thriller story.
