Very good stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and located in a convenient area close to many attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room facilities were good, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. A great choice for business travelers and I would happily stay here again.

Normal hostel, average clean have small kitchen area working place available in down, no soaps & shampoo., towel need deposite 1000, lock also need deposite.

We arrived at the hotel late at night and were immediately hit by a strong smell of paint in the room. It was very unpleasant, but since we only planned to stay one night, we tried to tolerate it. The next morning, however, we discovered four bedbugs on the bed. After killing them, there was blood everywhere, which was extremely disturbing. This experience made us want to leave right away.
I normally don’t like leaving negative reviews, but even days later I still feel uneasy and worried about the possibility of bedbugs. I truly hope the hotel will take this matter seriously and pay much more attention to cleanliness and hygiene.

It's decent. This place gets quite busy, so you usually need to book in advance. It might not be ideal for a good rest because some guests stay up late, while others head out as early as 6 AM, which can be a bit disruptive.

The young man at the front desk had a great attitude; he was very patient, answered all my questions, and helped me solve a problem – much appreciated! The room was spotless. The hotel's location is excellent, very convenient for visiting all the attractions.

Solo travel. Just stay for transit 15 hours. Bed comfortable enough to get some rest before next day flight.

This was my second stay here, and the hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere. The staff are incredibly friendly, especially Sunny, who was very helpful. The king room was a bit smaller than the family room, but it had a better layout. My only minor complaints are that the AC blows directly onto the head of the bed, making it a bit cold. Also, even though the sheets were fresh, I think there might have been some dust or something, as I had a slight allergic reaction on the first night. If you're prone to allergies, you might want to bring your own small bedsheet just to be safe.

The hotel is conveniently located and offers good value for the price. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. Room cleanliness was better than average, and the mattress was comfortable with a clean bed. However, the room did not have curtains, which may be an issue for guests who are sensitive to light. In addition, the shower water was not warm enough during my stay, likely due to peak-time usage. On the positive side, the lobby was clean and offered complimentary coffee, which was a nice touch.

There is an elevator! I have wounds on my feet that an elevator is really a saviour to me.
I like the free morning tea and coffee, even though only up to 10am, which is still good enough.
All staff members are kind, serving with a smile.
The only defect is the shower is so weak and hot water only comes out after 10 minutes.
