This place looks like an old home converted to a home stay. Run by very friendly people with great recommendations. The steps are high so make sure you and co-guests can manage. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom in room 1 can be better, while it is clean and big, it needs a new toilet seat, stains removed in the shower and the basin needs a better drain(drains too slow). The breakfast is very nice but a bit on the expensive side. The room rates very very affordable so can’t complain much. Neil the owner was very friendly to chat with and the manager was even more pleasant to interact with.

That was a fantastic place to stay in! We were met with such hospitality and kindness. Room was authentic and so cosy at the same time. A beautiful ending of our Sri Lanka two weeks trip - will definitely come back🤍

Really lovely staff and accommodating, they offer hotel transfers as well if you wish, but we did not use the service. The room was really spacious and well furnished and the bathroom massive. One con was the door did not lock very well but safety was not a concern for us so depends on what you mind and don't mind.
The only suggestion I would give is to maybe not use the $60 transfer from Colombo to Galle because we ended up on a organised tour, of which on top we had to pay tickets for most sites and which we wanted to avoid as we had other sites in mind but maybe the next one can discuss this prior leaving.

Beautiful heritage hotel , good value and such friendly and helpful staff. Huge room and hot water. A very cheap bus ride into the city centre. It felt like a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thank you for a lovely stay, highly recommended.

Beautiful place! Staff were so friendly and helpful with all of our requests! It is located in an amazing part of Colombo right next to the Havelock mall so you’ll never be stuck! Breakfast was amazing and offered so much variety of Sri Lankan food!

Lovely place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean rooms. I only stayed one night but I felt safe and comfortable here.

One of the best villas in colombo. Good antique furniture and atmosphere. Exceptional service from the staff especially Mr Ilangoo and Menusha care of us with different ways. Morning breakfast is absolutely delicious. Finally Really thank for Mr. Neel ones who owned the villa for giving us best room to best rates

I stayed in this fabulous boutique hotel for 2 weeks and I am running out of adjectives to describe how good they were. The owners treated me as their family and literally could not ask for more. If you looking for authentic Srilankan hospitality, can't think of a better place. Thank you so much Nilanga, Duresha and all the staff for making my stay a memorable one. Lots of love Oshan
