Pedestrian access to the hotel is problematic. It is surrounded by busy roads and crossing them is not for the faint hearted.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Strong Christmas atmosphere, and there's always live performances in the lobby, which is amazing! In the morning after breakfast, I saw a young man playing the piano, and in the evening, there was a band playing. It was a great experience.
Service: The doormen were all very welcoming. Five-star standard service!
