Went in the evening for a birthday party and Its near the arpico super at wellawatta. Welcomed in a well manner and showed me the correct floor. Very helpfull staff. You can get the 1st floor for a medium size party. Can be packed with 80 to 100 people. Can't see there is a place like this.

Owner is a chinese person and it's near to colombo city. This place you will have your own space and freedom to go out and come back in anytime. Excellentw location next to many great restaurants including Chilax. Nice uninterrupted view of the Indian ocean. Good aircon and ample hot water in the bathroom. Good WiFi throughout. It’s a bit loud from the passing trains even after the windows are closed. Rooftop view of the Indian ocean is really relaxing. Staff is nice and relaxed. We recommend.

The service was terrible. It took an hour to check in, and they didn't honor my late check-out request.

Value for money and beautiful location

The facilities of this hotel are relatively old, the sanitary conditions are average, and the service is okay. The advantage is that you can see the sea view from the seaside, the rooms are relatively large, and there are restaurants nearby.

This is an apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room. It's fine for four people. However, those who are very particular about cleanliness might find it a bit lacking, as toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers, etc., are not provided.

Perfect for the start of our holiday. Large apartment with everything needed to prepare own meals (we didn’t as eating out is very inexpensive) and close to a large supermarket. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. We walked or used a tuk tuk to everywhere we wanted to visit. Recommended.

Very spacious and clean apartments, located in a quite and central area. I highly can recommend this boutique hotel.

When calling them on the phone they mentioned a specific rate, but when we showed up there, they nearly added another 50% because "the season would start".... Or, maybe, because they saw that I am a foreigner... Besides this, it was a pleasant stay. If they invest in a gym, it could be one of the best places to stay at in Colombo.

For ordinary employees on business trips, the price is relatively cheap and the environment is OK
