Very old furniture. I stayed in this hotel 20 years ago same old fixtures in rooms and kitchen. The property is not Hilton standard due to poor maintenance.

When calling them on the phone they mentioned a specific rate, but when we showed up there, they nearly added another 50% because "the season would start".... Or, maybe, because they saw that I am a foreigner... Besides this, it was a pleasant stay. If they invest in a gym, it could be one of the best places to stay at in Colombo.

Excellentw location next to many great restaurants including Chilax. Nice uninterrupted view of the Indian ocean. Good aircon and ample hot water in the bathroom. Good WiFi throughout. It’s a bit loud from the passing trains even after the windows are closed. Rooftop view of the Indian ocean is really relaxing. Staff is nice and relaxed. We recommend.

This is an apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room. It's fine for four people. However, those who are very particular about cleanliness might find it a bit lacking, as toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers, etc., are not provided.

Value for money and beautiful location

The facilities of this hotel are relatively old, the sanitary conditions are average, and the service is okay. The advantage is that you can see the sea view from the seaside, the rooms are relatively large, and there are restaurants nearby.

Such a great little boutique hotel. Awesome location in a quiet leafy area (near embassies) and great clean and contemporary rooms. Staff are very helpful. Great sitting areas and good value for money. Only criticism is it is very difficult to find - it would be helpful if a sign was out the front on the main road to advise of the location out the back of the alleyway.

Nice and clean rooms. Good breakfast. But the receptionist has absolutely no clue of anything. We asked for laundry service and the guy told us there is a laundry 1 min from the hostel 24h open. This was wrong. Opening hours are from 7am - 7pm, so be careful of false statements. We had to leave the next morning so it was a little bit annoying!

Good accommodation , cheap and cheerful for a one night stay for the airport next day . Shared accommodation but my room had 4 beds but I was the only person in there . Shared showers and western loos but they are quite clean . High security , wouldn't allow my mates in to use the shower only the person paying .
