The room is too pricey for what it actually is. The location is okey, you have a good supermarket and a bus station within a few minutes walking. Also the stuff is nice and friendly. But the room we had had no windows and after showering it was really humid and the worst thing, we had big cockroaches in our room.

I called the front desk complaining about the electric Kettle which is not work at all, and the tv (which didn’t work) but no one answered the call and one guy from them said NONE of the TV’s work in the hotel), the bathroom small and looks like public bathroom.
I didn’t like anything. This place was so disgusting. Worst customer service, and unprofessional , worst experience ever. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY and last im wondering how they charg that amount for that kind of room, they giving standard room but charging for deluxe.

Luxurious indoor Acommodation with ensuite bathroom and clean floor. I like itz antique interior. Very calm and quiet environment. Manager is very kind and genuine doing his job accurately and neatly. Good if you would keep some chairs and a table on balcony too and provide some tea or coffee with a kettle. And also we could not on the tv

When I first gave a call, a person told me I can make a reservation to the date & didn't ask for advancement. When I arrived to the place, they told me all rooms have reserved and there are no available rooms for me. I told them about my reservation and they told my call has answered by a newcomer and he know nothing about hotel policy. In that night I was desperate and no place to go. They even didn't care about my situation and kept watching the TV. This place is ugh... disgusting on their behavior

Ideal location, being very central to the majority if places in the city.
The room size was great, had all the required amenities, comfortable bed, aircon and strong WiFi.
Also very flexible with arrival times, provided me with access at 5am due to the arrival of my flight.
Most importantly, the thing which I liked the most was the service provided by the staff being do amazing, super polite, helpful and always available. I would also like the say a massive thank you to Siva who went out of his way to help me track down my lost phone in this massive city - brilliant guy. Not to mention how helpful he was in general during my stay at the property.

Rooms are a bit untidy. For three days that I spent there my room wasn't cleaned. Breakfast menu is very scarce. Bad value for money.

The location is not far to the place I wanted to see .The staff are extremely warm and kind. Good breakfast. The room has cable TV, mind fridge, wifi and A/C works very well . I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The young attendants are really friendly and helpful. Place is always sparkling clean and handy to everything. Always love coming back here.
