Well located, but I have to say… not very clean rooms, service was ok but not more, pool was full of small animals so I would not use it and ot was TONS of mosquitoes in the pool area and overall in the hotell area (not anywhere elese in Negombo) there are better places for the same price. You have to carry your bags up the stairs.

This is in a good location for the airport, the rooms are clean, the service is good, but our room and toilet had an overwhelming smell of raw sewage.

We stayed here for two nights in room 110. Nice, bright clean room with A/C. Staff are super friendly, especially the man who serves breakfast which was included in our price stay. He was excellent, refilled our tea, made sure we had enough toast etc. Great hospitality and made us feel really special.

🛏️ The room (109) was very clean and tidy – super comfy!
🏊‍♂️ The pool was crystal clear 💧 and very well maintained – so refreshing!

🍽️ We had a lovely evening snack with ginger tea ☕ – wow, it was amazing! 😍

🍳 Breakfast was great the next morning with:

Pain roll 🥐

🤝 Staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout – very warm and welcoming!
💁‍♂️ Especially the reception person, such a kind and professional approach!

🦟 Only thing we noticed was some mosquitoes during the day – but that’s common around Negombo area. Not the property’s fault! Staff were proactive: they lit mosquito coils and did their best to manage it 🙌.
💡 Maybe adding electric mosquito vaporizers in the rooms would be a nice idea for the future.

🚿 Also, in Room 109, the shower pressure was quite low – hope it gets fixed soon!

✅ Overall: a great experience, felt relaxed and well taken care of. Would definitely visit again! 🌴✨

I think the place is worthy for the price. Calm place with walking distance to the beach. We got a room with min facilities for four people for about 5700LKR from the Booking.com site. Beds were comfy, room was clean. Bathroom was okay. But hand shower was not working properly. A/C worked well.

We requested a kettle, plates and glasses and the caretaker provided it. Caretaker is somewhat slow when doing things and took more than 30 mins to give us a room.

We didn't try the pool. But its bit smaller than it is on these pictures.

Nice and simple hôtel. With little swimming pool. Pretty calm. We have been there several time. The day employee is friendly qnd helpfull.

Hotel rooms good and large had no hot water but was only there short stay and weather was hot, nice swimming pool friendly staff.

Terrible place, it's nothing like the pictures, the swimming pool was extremely small compared to the one in picture, waterfall doesn't work either. Rooms had a different odour, webs on the walls. Stayed for 1 night, shower didn't work at all, place looked deserted. However, they reduced their prices for the condition of the hotel. Rooms didn't have kettles for coffee. Better improve the place.
