I think the place is worthy for the price. Calm place with walking distance to the beach. We got a room with min facilities for four people for about 5700LKR from the Booking.com site. Beds were comfy, room was clean. Bathroom was okay. But hand shower was not working properly. A/C worked well.

We requested a kettle, plates and glasses and the caretaker provided it. Caretaker is somewhat slow when doing things and took more than 30 mins to give us a room.

We didn't try the pool. But its bit smaller than it is on these pictures.

Terrible place, it's nothing like the pictures, the swimming pool was extremely small compared to the one in picture, waterfall doesn't work either. Rooms had a different odour, webs on the walls. Stayed for 1 night, shower didn't work at all, place looked deserted. However, they reduced their prices for the condition of the hotel. Rooms didn't have kettles for coffee. Better improve the place.
