The place is calm and beautiful. Very clean. You can walk to the beach from the hotel. And the crew is friendly and efficient. The food there is delicious. You can get all this at a reasonable price.. Will recommend to anyone who comes to Negombo. And I will come next time.....!

very nice hotel with a great pool. the staff made sure we had everything we needed, the owner was very helpful, gave us a ride to the city. everything was great and exceeded all our expectations

Abit far from everything

Parking service was convenient, but I waited for an hour to pick up the car. After I gave a tip, I didn't send it to my room. I thought my luggage was lost, so I went to the lobby in a hurry to find the staff and dragged it back to my room. The overall environment of the hotel room was excellent.

Normally, the hotel check-in time is 3:00, but this hotel was not ready for us until 4:00. The room was not clean. The bedsheets were dirty and had blood stains. The cleaners who came the next day did not change our bedsheets. Fortunately, we brought our own disposable bedsheets. It was a bad experience. I suspect that the hotel never changed the bedsheets, but just made them tidy.

The charges are not clear. In addition to the $14.99 deduction for the child who accidentally watched the movie for a few minutes, they also deducted an extra $30 from me. I don't know what the deduction was for.

Free parking and valet parking are great. It's very close to the Venetian Hotel and the shopping center.

Bed sheet has brown disgusting stains. I slept with dirty bed sheet for one night. Terrible experience.

Wonderful stay. Very friendly staff. View is spectacular and water pressure in bathroom is great. Much better than vdara.

The hotel is nice , clean and located in a nice area. The thing I was really impressed with was the concept of naming the rooms on queen's name I have never seen it somewhere secondly the caretaker #Damiyon he's really helpful , host , knowledgeable and professional. He's the major thing why we liked our stay there the most. I think he's the reason why would people want to be there again because in that area there are many hotels but he'll make your stay amazing.
Talking about the hotel itself it has nice rooms , a balcony , hot water and a swimming pool. Location of the place is next to the church.
