Very nice hotel with swimming pool. Beautiful chalets in a quiet area. Location is excellent and opposite to one of the best hotel chain in SriLanka. Restaurants are around the hotel and if you like sea food that’s the best area in Negombo. Special thanks for the staff.

Excellent location. Nice and clean rooms. Friendly staff. very Close to the Main international airport about 14 Km. Beach is 100m away from the hotel.

Rude manager, rooms poorly maintained, construction going on and making a noise, territory not closed giving people from outside easy access. Very expensive for the quality they offer. I wish to put them -1 star, but it doesn't exist. Booked it for 6 nights for my parents but had to leave next morning, manager asked me to cancel my booking from the website so I couldn't leave a bad review

It's really not a good place to stay in when I first came in and check in for the room I booked the AC unit is not working and the bed was uncomfortable at all the bathroom looks like a cave man bath all though i did complain to the manager and he told me that he will provide another room and so he did but it made worse than before the TV is broken the window on top of the bathroom was broken they cover it with towels the bathroom door looks like farm door to go in and that's not all.. I found out that this hotel is right next to a Cemetery yes sleeping next to dead people how fun is that I did the people over to fix those problems but no response.. O one last thing the net connection is bad there so good luck people

The rooms were large but not particularly clean or in good order (there was no hot water in mine over three days). It's cheap, but that's about the best thing to say about it. Would recommend other hotels or renting a room from a local.

The room is 3 star, not more, the personal is very kind, like 8 minutes to the beach.

Located near the Negombo beach. Across the beach road. Around 100 metres walk to the beach. Rooms are spacious. Has the option of private bungalow/chalet as well. Small but decent swimming pool. Limited channel options on the TV. The Buffet breakfast does not have a huge spread. The staff is courteous.

Nice hotel with swimming pool decent breakfast, manager was good changed my room immediately when our AC had issues.
Rooms are big enough.
