Grandeeza Luxury Hotel in Negombo

My Sister’s Wedding Reception was held on 05th February 2026 at Grandeeza by Galisson. From the reservation part Ms. Waruni gave us a tremendous service and my sincere thanks goes to the Chef (Mr. Sisira) who guided us on finalizing the menu. When coming to the wedding day the arrangements were neet and tidy. The hall was superb. Mr. Dasun gave us his fullest support in coordinating the event. The food were next level. When coming to the last part, it was the most difficult part we have faced. That is getting back our security deposit of Rs. 100,000-. Hotel promised to refund it on exactly 05th March 2026. Even after a week no update from hotel. We tried contact Ms. Ramani from Accounts Department, she avoided our calls and the staff used to say that she is on leave and will pass the message. Even Ms. Waruni did not respond to our calls. In period of misleading us my father went to the hotel and met the General Manager Mr. Keith Isaacs and informed the situation and difficulties faces. He had promised to pay the security deposit within one week and my father obtained that in writing. On the 27th March funds had been credited. I must say this to the staff, kindly take the responsibility to handle things in the very best way and provide service to your clients before and after their events. Do not keep their funds and waste their time by avoiding them.

We stayed at Grandeeza Hotel for one night while attending a wedding and it was a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious and comfortable and the check-in process was smooth. The staff were polite and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our stay included breakfast, which we had at the hotel café. The food was really good, and the service was excellent. The supervisor serving breakfast was especially friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall it was a lovely stay and I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay.

i was here for a friends wedding. this is my third time here for a wedding. compared to my previous visits the quality of food has reduced. this place used to serve fresh and tasty food, but this time the starters were all dry and the buffet was not good too. the service is ok, pleasant staff, but the food was dissapointing the redo of the premises after the damages is done well. the furniture and everything looks good too.

Sorry for the delay review. I went there with my friends. It's indoor celebration. It's start at 7 to 2 am. The place and cristmas decorations are good. We had BBQ dinner buffet opened till midnight. The food quality was really appreciate. Food was really nice. But we not happy about 31st night arrangements. Musical band were really disappointed. 2nd played Dj till morning. It's quite good. But can't say good choice for 31st night. (Most probably played baila). No fireworks or anything to entertain. Service is good. Overall good experience. But not like a 31st night. It's just like a wedding function.
