This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. First, the cleanliness and overall space are worse than a budget hotel in China. The price is very low for the price. Secondly, the service is terrible. I booked through Ctrip, but when I arrived at the hotel, they told me there were no rooms available. I wanted a refund, but because the overseas booking through Ctrip was done through an agent and things got complicated, plus it was late, I had to go through the normal check-in process. The hotel gave me a room type I had booked. The staff damaged my suitcase while moving my luggage. To this day, there has been no apology or compensation. Overall, the experience was extremely poor. I strongly advise against booking here; over a thousand yuan a night for such poor service and environment.

The room is on the ground floor, with a swimming pool right outside the door. It's not far from the beach, but it's not suitable for swimming. The room facilities are OK, and the breakfast is good. There are steps from the lobby to the room. It's not far from the fish market, but it's too fishy and dirty.

We arrived at around 2am, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. We had to set the air conditioner to the lowest setting. Although the beach was not very good, it was worth the price as a transition.

Who in the family understands! I checked into this hotel with my friends, and it took a full hour to check in. This efficiency is really speechless.

I entered the room and wanted to have a good rest, but the air conditioner was buzzing and the noise was ridiculous. My old mother couldn't sleep all night because of the noise. In addition, there were so many mosquitoes in the room, biting people constantly, and I couldn't have a good rest at all.

The sanitation of the room was also very bad. What's more frustrating is that the hotel didn't have an elevator. I really doubted my life when I carried the suitcase up the stairs.

The next morning, I had breakfast, and the taste was simply "dark cuisine" and it was hard to swallow. However, for such a bad experience, the room price was as high as 1400+, which was extremely low in cost performance and not worth the price at all!

I sincerely advise everyone to avoid this hotel and don't step on the pit!

Ctrip's service is really good. If there is a problem, they will contact you as soon as possible. I feel relieved when I am abroad. The hotel elevator was broken, so I asked the waiter to move it up. Because the room was on the 4th floor, the floor was not very convenient. It may be related to the third-party platform. If it is a standard room, it is in the new building, and the king bed is in the old building, so the king bed is obviously about 150 yuan cheaper than the standard room. It is very convenient to eat near the hotel, but the facilities are indeed a bit old.

The hotel I chose for transit in Negombo is roughly equivalent to the level of a three-star hotel in China. The breakfast is self-service with a wide variety of options, and the fruits and banana yogurt are well received. Check-in was very fast, and I give a thumbs up to the guy at the front desk. I gave the guy who carried the luggage a tip of 100 rupees, and he seemed very happy. What I was not satisfied with was that I booked a superior king-size bed room, but ended up getting a double standard room. I don't know if there was a problem with the system. Also, the plug of the washbasin was blocked, and I didn't know how to open it🥹

Very good stay experience. Service, breakfast, room hygiene are all satisfactory. The swimming pool water is warm and clear, the beach is next to the pool, there is a professional beach volleyball team training, we played together, very happy!
