Very well run establishment convenient for the airport and the beach. Clean and very welcoming it makes the perfect spring board to a Sri lankan holiday.

I think this is one of those places you could just book without a hesitation. They don't overcharge and they have reasonably well made hotel rooms and resting area.

Owner welcomed me and my wife Madam Ong and treat us like family members, room amenities, air con already on for us, clean room and big space. water pressure strong and hot water showers very good. We are second times staying this hotel. Good location, good bfast, nice owner, 20 meter walk to beach. Highly recommended to my friends and relatives. Thanks

A very comfortable, very clean guesthouse, with a welcoming courtyard full of beautiful plants. Excellent air con and WiFi. Very lovely owners. A stone's throw from the beach 👍🏻We give it 10 out of 10. Negombo is popular for guests arriving to and leaving from the International Airport, a day or 2 in this resort is plenty.
