Small hotel located in tourist area in Negombo. Recommend for a relaxing budget holiday. The hotel can arrange wedding ceremonies.

Location: Negombo, 16 km from the international airport, 52 km from Colombo. Transfer from the airport for about 30 minutes.

Beach: public sandy beach, 100 m from the hotel, the first coastal line. Umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach - fee.

Highly recommend this hotel. I was great time with my family. Very friendly people. My first time visit Sri Lanka. My kids are enjoying their very much. Food was really good. Nice view with pool. Sri Lanka people are really friendly. Very easy to travel from this hotel to other places.

Beautiful location with friendly, welcoming staff. Rooms were nice, comfortable beds with tea and coffee and bottled water provided. Lovely pool outside. The food was excellent as well as the staff on hand.

You have made our holiday feel like a dream. From our peaceful arrival to everyday making us feel at home. You have taken care of everything and made our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The villa is beautiful and location fantastic, which was enhanced by the care and attention of the villa team. Nothing has been too much trouble and we are very grateful to all of you. The food cooked by chef was unrivaled by any restaurant. We could have eaten here every night! Thank you for giving us a holiday of a lifetime!

Ate dinner here, rip off and tiny portions. They managed to mistake hot butter cuttle fish for normal tasteless battered squid and still charged us the extra amount. Worst quality of food and service experienced for a long time! avoid.

Been all ready 3 times... will be visiting again on April 9th for short stay. Good place with friendly environment. Nice food. Our children really love this place. Hope they will be up to the expectations this time too.

One of a superb hotel in negombo. On the beach. Very delicious foods. Very friendly staff. Chef always care about the taste and checking it with the customers. oftentimes I am going to their restaurant

Okay rooms, but nice staff.

The rooms are a bit dated but they do the job. The beds however are quite nice. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist you

To be avoided. Room are dated and dirty, pool is ridiculously small for such an hotel and restaurant buffet is not tasty. And don't go for the beach, it's so dirty that you wouldn't stay more than 3 minutes.

Great hotel, staff and facilities. One thing I would like to encourage is the act upon being more environmentally sustainable, With the spoons in the room being changed from plastic to wood and I know this hotel previously won an award for sustainability but I only saw the award at the front desk - people love sustainable hotels it makes them feel that they made a good choice, perhaps you can put some small signage in the hotel rooms about your efforts. Other than that, we had a great time.

It was quiet and the room was cozy, but need to advertise true information, it would make a big difference if you would add activities . Breakfast was good all the days and staff was always available to help and helpful. Renovations are due. The pool is great and amazing but it would be good if it’s full to the standard level, selected a room that had pick up but they say no you do not have pick up you should contact the website you got your ticket from ended up saying we will pick you up as if it was a favor and going back they did not agree on dropping us. You also need to update your pictures . It’s dead at night activities would mean a lot. The use of bin liners would be greatly appreciated to avoid smells or just cleaning the buckets would help.
