A hotel soon to ge demolished, apparently. Amazing location with a very 'no thrills' vibe to it.
We enjoyed our stay in a clean room with great balcony views.

A simple breakfast is served in the restaurant attached to the hotel and the walk to the lifts is about 2 minutes max.

We stayed at the hotel for ski vacation. They gave us a room at the fourth floor. By check in, they said the elevator is broken but they will fix it in 1 hour and they did not fix it until we checked out after 5 days! We had to carry our luggages to the fourth floor.
On the second day, I had a ski accident and could not walk properly. We asked for a room in the lower floors, and they did not provide any room. I had the climb to the fourth floor every day with an injured foot.
By check out, my wife had to carry our luggages and even out of courtesy, they did not offer any help.
There was also a bad smell in the skiing room.
To sum up, this hotel has a great location but managed by very unprofessional people.
I would not stay there as a family as you can have many unpleasant surprises.

The location is great literally right next to the gondola. The rooms were not very nice. Not very clean it smelled someone had been smoking in there when we first entered and there was a t-shirt from presumably the last person there on one of the shelfs. The included breakfasf buffet was extremely sad which hardly any choice and hard bread. For the price I wouldn't call it great in any way.

Our room was on the fourth floor and was really an attic. I hit my head many times. There was no aircon and the room was too warm despite the open window. The bed was huge and comfortable. The heavy doona was unnecessary. The shower was small but effective water flow was impressive but room was minimal. Breakfast was good. The Ham was excellent. Coffee was average but fruit juice was exceptional. The lift was very small with a maximum capacity of 6 (very good friends).

DO NOT STAY HERE
This place is beyond disappointing. There is no one at the reception, you get into your room by a code which is fine but if you have any issues there is no one to help you. They take almost a full day to respond to any emails. If you arrive between 14 and 18 you can’t get into the parking garage because you need register your car at the restaurant that doesn’t open until 18.
Breakfast is a scam. 20chf for a sausage, cold cuts and a coffee.
The sauna that they advertise on their website? It doesn’t exist. Neither does the room service.
There is no hot water for showers and the shower head is so caked in minerals that the water sprays everywhere.
I would rather stay further from the lifts than stay here. Take your money elsewhere.

AVOID AVOID AVOID This place was beyond disgraceful. No heating, no hot water, and no staff to fix it on a -10°C snowy night. I was left freezing in my room, while guests next door had hot showers. Woke up sick because of their negligence.
Not having basic necessities like heat and hot water is completely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like you don’t matter. I demanded a refund but of course they disappeared in the needing moment.

The location could not be better - it's right by the ski lifts, Intersport rental is downstairs, the bus stop is right across the road. The is also an American Steak & Burger restaurant in the same building that is open until late, so it's possible to get food nearby. The check-in is contactless, there are no keys, but keypads that require numerical codes - it's very convenient because it's possible to check-in at any time.

Overall OK. I just wanted to sleep. The email with the key codes arrived on time and worked perfectly. The room was unfortunately very small but clean, the bed was almost even smaller. Room service worked invisibly and perfectly. Points are deducted for the size of the room and bed.

In the centre, excellent location close to all services. Opposite there is a baker (excellent croissants), bars, restaurants, bike rental and other restaurants. A few meters away are the shopping center and the bus stop. But the attic room is uncomfortable because it is low, although very large. No staff, automatic check-in.

Smooth check in (as there was none 😅). Great location, nice views. The room was great, had everything needed, was clean had enough power outlets and even EU and UK plugs 🤩 the bed was comfortable, the wifi worked good. Really smooth experience overall.
