Great experience well done 👍🏻 I am not picky but also not simple but was positively surprised by the welcome, check in, yummy breakfast, clean lobby nice dining room, the room is spotless 👌🏻. Had time ti enjoy the wellness… the environment and location is amazing ! Its a come back spot for me in Flims! Frank

Have been enjoying Cresta for at least 15 years! (Was introduced to this hotel by friends whom I met elsewhere in Flims.) I used to stay in the chalet, but moved to the main house in 2024 due to my age. Always impressed with the excellent service, friendly and helpful staff! The meals are good and filling. (The breakfast breads are from a local bakery and are outstanding!) CLEAN -everywhere and every day! The Housekeeping staff does a FABULOUS job! I really like the showers and the huge, fluff towels. Looking forward very much to next year's stay. TIP #1: come in September/ October to see the cows come down from the high pastures And for Hot Air Balloon Week Tip #2: Every Saturday evening All the Church bells ring at the same time to inform the folks in the mountains that the week has ended!

This is one of the too few Family-owned and run places that I know of. Have been going here for many, many years. It could be considered my "second home." Always treated so very well! Super clean, well situated, fine amenities! My main objection is the evening meal: I wish there was as much imagination shown in the main course as there is in the vorspeise (appetizer) and the dessert. One gets rather bored with Graubunden cuisine EVERY Tuesday, fish EVERY Friday, and Wild EVERY Saturday, The chef is very talented and has a much better repertoire than what is presented. Would like to see some additional items at breakfast, too - Danish-style pastries, muffins, a larger or more varied selection of dry cereals, for examples

I fully recommend this hotel. It has nice wellness area, shuttle bus to the ski area in the morning, delicious breakfast. The stuff is very frendly and always willing to help. Everything you need for relaxing winter holidays.

As usual we had a great time at Cresta again. You really feel home at the hotel as we are coming already for many years. Great service and spa and perfect location. We definitely will come back again to enjoy the snow and environment

We had a room in the chalet at 100 meters from the hotel with a very clean & authentic Suiss interior. The breakfast & dinner were fine in quality & quantity. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The wellness facilities were good as well with everything you need. I don't have any negative remarks actually.

Great place, great service, great staff
We stayed for a few days in early June at the Cresta in Flims. It was a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out we felt welcome and at home. The room was great and spacious, breakfast was delicious and had many choices - but what really stands out is the staff of the hotel. They all were very friendly, helpful and made us really feel welcome. We would for sure come back to Cresta if we are in the region again
