This is a lovely place with stunning views of the alps. The staff there are very helpful and breakfast was enjoyable. Walk 50 m to Co-op or 100 m to Grachen center. So convenient.

Excellent. The elderly lady was very kind and attentive to every aspect of our stay. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The view was breathtaking from the window. A truly pleasant experience.

Great view of the mountains. Easily accessible, and can walk to the "downtown" for restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at the Alpha Hotel. The hosts are lovely and helpful. Breakfast was nice. There are two small markets in the area in case you want to grab some snacks. There is a bus stop nearby and a town where you can catch a train to Zermatt for example. There is a small play house on the property which includes a slide and some swings if you are traveling with little ones . Overall we would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was a lovely sunny balcony. Breakfast was excellent. The beds were cosy and comfortable. Great location. Really good value.

Good one, but very greedy and strange.
It's the unique place with WiFi for additional money! You want to turn on electric stove inside the room, but it doesn't work. Later, on reception we were told that to turn on the stove we should call reception... (and turn it on for additional money, as I suspect)

Very friendly and uncomplicated reception. Very nice and quiet room with everything you need. The subsequently booked breakfast left nothing to be desired. One noticed that guests are accommodated here with love and attention.
