great room great breakfast super diner all for a plaisant stay

We had a lovely, renovated room. The cleanliness was excellent.

There was no shower gel/shampoo. We would have liked that.

Unfortunately, we have several complaints about the food.

We had booked half board (4-course menu).

Unfortunately, we received moldy bread at dinner. That's unacceptable, especially since the bread couldn't possibly have been fresh.

Our complaint received little response. The staff seemed quite irritated by this situation and quickly left.

The food portions were very small. Second helpings were available, but when practically everyone orders seconds, the portions are simply too small. The quality, apart from the bread, was okay.

At breakfast on the first morning, there was only bread left (which looked just like the bread from the previous evening, and we really didn't want any of it). No rolls or croissants. Otherwise, there was a cheese and meat platter, eggs, and muesli.

On the second morning, we managed to get the last two rolls. At least that was something.

There's a bakery right next to the hotel. Fresh bread/rolls should therefore be easy to arrange. Too bad.

The second dinner was good. We skipped the bread.

Excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful owners

Ideal hotel for hikes in the Saas Valley. Simple and clean room. Breakfast is varied. Good quality fresh products. Price / performance ratio is excellent.

We spent a wonderful couple of days in your hotel. Unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to say goodbye in person and are already looking forward to the next time. Many greetings from the M. Schubert family
