Lovely traditional swiss hotel with a cottage vibe. Cozy, amazing location next to lake and with direct connection to slope by ski. Rooms with terraces and 360 forest view, great value for money. Will deffinitely come back.

The Hotel am See is lovingly run by the Schnidrig family and their team. The location is simply idyllic. Anyone looking for a place to relax in nature will find it here. With good snow conditions, the connection to the ski area is excellent. Winter hikes are a dream. Every day offers a new trail to enjoy. The hotel has spacious rooms with kitchenettes, and the cleanliness throughout is outstanding. The food is of very high quality and prepared with love. The staff is very friendly. The wellness area overlooking the rooftops of Grächen is highly recommended.
In our opinion, this hotel is a real insider tip for those seeking down-to-earth, family-run accommodation. Thank you so much, dear Schnidrig family, for the wonderful stay!

The location is high. If you take the bus, it takes about 20 minutes to walk after getting off. The last part is a bit shaky, like climbing a mountain.
The environment is very beautiful, there is a lake, and the owner is very polite.

We stayed during the Easter in the Hotel. Service was amazing room was always kept clean. Staff super friendly. We had half-board with breakfast and dinners. Breakfast buffet and dinner with four dishes (soup or starter, salad, main course, dinner). We tried some Swiss specialties. Slope is few meters from the hotel.

Nice staff, very warm and friendly atmosphere. Beautiful location and convenient for access to the slopes, or snow walking.
The dinner option with half board is really good value (4 courses for 25chf per person), and excellent home-cooked quality.
Free parking is a bonus.

Quiet place next to a small lake. Good place to stop and drink a coffee or a beer in the sun. Friendly and personal service. Road and slope too reach the restaurant/hotel can be slippery and slushy if the sun is up and slopes are average.
