Really great, well-equipped, excellent service, and very complete. It has a wonderful sense of history, and the staff are fantastic. They even gave us lots of complimentary items. I'd definitely choose to stay here again.

Superb hospitality and great location for all activities..

From the warm welcome we received upon arrival to the excellent service and comfortable surroundings throughout the hotel we were well taken care of. The swimming pool was warm, clean and well maintained. The views from our riverside suite were glorious. The hotel provided a convenient base within walking distance of Unterseen (a pleasant walk by the river), the Harder Kulm funicular, the Interlaken Ost train station, and shops and restaurants on the Hoheweg Boulevard all within the backdrop of the majestic mountains.

Location, views, nice rooms, pool, restaurants. This hotel has it all. The staff is quite friendly, always available, approachable, and all of them making an effort to communicate (if they speak your language they will). I would recommend it and would come back.

Fantastic hotel with a super comfortable bed, spotless rooms, and excellent amenities. I stayed for two nights and ended up at the hotel bar both evenings. Humberto made outstanding cocktails and brought such a great energy, his personality really made the experience memorable. I had a wonderful time chatting with him while enjoying his drinks. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, the bar is absolutely worth a visit.
