Hotel Weisses Kreuz in Interlaken

Excellent location for travelers going to Lauterbrunnen and Wengen. Train station is 5 minutes away. Public parking is nearby. Hotel located in downtown surrounded by plenty of restaurants and a public parking is just 2 minutes away. We reserved a room for 3 and it is spacious. The beds are basically in separate rooms. The staff is friendly. Internet speed is decent. Overall it’s a great location and great hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Weisses Kreuz and would highly recommend it.

The location is absolutely excellent — right in the heart of town with everything within walking distance. There are plenty of amenity shops, restaurants, and attractions just steps away, making it incredibly convenient. Parking was straightforward as well. There is nearby parking available, and payment applies from 7am onwards. We found the parking spaces to be relatively spacious, which was a plus. Cars can’t really drive into the hotel so we were a bit lost initially

The receptionist was such an amazing lady — warm, welcoming, and professional. She kindly upgraded us to a corner room that was bigger than what we had originally booked, which we really appreciated.

The room itself was comfortable, and we especially loved having a bathtub — it made the stay extra relaxing after a long day out. They were very thoughtful. They gave us chocolate on the bed. Thats sweet. There are lift for our heavy luggage as well.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Considering that breakfast is included in the price, we felt it was very good value for money.

The only small note is that the corridor lighting is quite dim, which can make it feel a little heavy or subdued. However, the overall atmosphere of the hotel is vibrant and lively, with what seemed like a high occupancy rate — clearly a popular choice.

Overall, this is a very well-located, comfortable hotel offering great value. We would gladly stay here again.

This Swiss hotel offered a truly perfect experience! The location is absolutely incredible, right next to the train station, just a few minutes' walk away. This made traveling with luggage stress-free and super convenient, whether catching a train or exploring the sights. The room environment was exceptionally comfortable, with simple yet elegant furnishings and soft, skin-friendly bedding that truly helped relieve travel fatigue. What was even more surprising was the comprehensive amenities – everything you could possibly need was provided, with thoughtful attention to detail. Overall, it was clean, tidy, and incredibly considerate. Definitely a top choice for anyone traveling in Switzerland; I highly recommend it to all travelers!

The hotel is right in the city center, surrounded by many convenience stores and restaurants. There's even a Chinese restaurant directly behind the hotel. Getting around is also easy, with a bus stop nearby that goes to the train station.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. The breakfast is very good. Housekeeping service is really nice. I had a mountain view room.

Hotel is dated and with very basic amenities. Read some reviews that room slippers are not provided so I bought my own. Beds & pillows are comfy and blankets are warm enough to keep us warm.

Stayed 3 nights. Breakfast is awesome with quite a decent spread.

There's a bus-stop right in front of the hotel, where you can take to go to Interlaken Ost.

Shout-out to the reception, Ms Linh, who was super helpful in assisting us with our inquiries abt transportation & sightseeing spots.

The location was great, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The sheets were fresh and clean, and there were unlimited water refills.
