Great experience, very clean room, excellent service, super breakfast, nice little spa,breathtaking view. 15 min.walk to the center of Thun.Many thanks to Mister Zar for his exceptional kindness.We will definately come back!

Excellent customer service! Jamil at the front desk was super friendly and always had the best smiling face. Breakfast was good, and the location is amazing . right next to the lake with the bus station conveniently by the hotel. I’ll definitely come back.

We stayed for business/conference at this hotel. Good rooms, friendly, helpful, attentive and professional staff. Good and various meeting rooms. Roof terrace as well as lake access.

We loved our stay in Panorama suite , hotel is not in the central city but at 15 minutes walk at the lake path. Near by the amazing park with a fantastic terrace view. Special thanks to Mr. Zar for his kindness and hospitality

No air conditioning.

Don't stay here if it's summer. It's miserable and we had to check out early. Opening the windows and blasting fans still wasn't enough to avoid being drenched in sweat.

It's a shame because the hotel has so much else going for it.

This hotel would definitely be a 5 star experience if not for the issues with AC. The setting and grounds are spectacular. The wellness spa/sauna/fitness area is wonderful. But if you need AC to be comfortable, this is not the hotel for you.

The restaurant is expensive and nothing to write home about.

Also, I've noticed the hotel is using ChatGPT/AI to respond to many reviews which is a bit lazy.

Service: I also encountered the problem of random deductions. When I checked in, the hotel said that it would only deduct city tax, but at 7 o'clock the next morning, they directly deducted more than 1,800 room fees without my consent. After coordination, they said that it would be refunded after 1 month, which is outrageous.

The hotel is right by the lake. You can see people swimming by the lake from the lobby. The room is very comfortable.
