Staff was friendly and excellent. The restaurant on site and chef were outstanding. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. But it was the staff that would make us go back. Rooms were clean with nice views, but bathrooms were a little tight.

The rooms were clean, the staff was FANTASTIC, we had a Mountain View that was breath taking, the breakfasts were outstanding! The only negative was the smaller bathroom but I am 6’ 1” tall. Just GREAT overall.

My words will fail me as I try to describe our stay! This place is amazing!!! I can't wait to visit again. The hotel is lovely. Quiet and in a beautiful setting. It was very clean. The rooms had everything we needed for our stay. We had a nice view from our balcony. We had dinner one night which was wonderful. Breakfast each morning was a nice way to start our day. But the thing that really sets it apart is the amazing staff! So kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend staying here. I hope to be back sooner rather than later!

The staff here is incredible accommodating. Super friendly and very willing to help. They spent 5-10 minutes going over all the hiking opportunities in the area, etc. with me (and with all new others who checked in). The single room is a little tight, but that's expected in Europe. The proper was very clean, in good repair, and the bed was comfy. Very enjoyable stay.

The room is small, but the scenery nearby is great and it's very quiet. You can see the snow-capped mountains while sleeping on the bed. It has a small balcony. The scenery in Wengen is great, but some roads have a steep slope of 60 degrees, which is not friendly for pushing suitcases.

A very nice and clean hotel and its location is super convenient to go to Jungerfraujoch. And the most important is everywhere is in the fairy tales like. I love this hotel very much.

The hotel front desk is very friendly and the service is very good. There are some things that were not communicated with the hotel in advance when booking, but the hotel finally solved them without charge and the attitude was also very friendly. It's a very good service.

Good value for money, good location, and clean room facilities. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. I will stay here again next time.

The room is clean and tidy. The front desk manager is friendly. The breakfast is OK. But it is very difficult to carry luggage up the hill.

Maybe better than home!
We were warmly greeted and Tomas took time to chat with us and our teenager, we ended up taking and appreciating all his advise on what to do and what to skip.
We loved the views and the bunnies and pretty much everything, even the soreness after an amazing hike through the alps and soaking in all the vistas!
The hotel is nice and has a great lawn and outside area, as well as lots of nice inside places, especially the restaurant! Breakfast is European style but very good!
We even got in on a free cheese tasting where one of the employees there had actually made 1 of the cheese - from udder to table! Along with other local cheeses and wines. Such an enjoyable summer evening on the lawn - THANKS again!
Beds were a bit stiff, even for us and we prefer a firm mattress. Still - would be very hard not to stay here again, it was so good! The service was worth 10x that of the cost -
