ibis Geneve Petit Lancy in Geneva

I have stayed at this hotel several times due to its convenient location, just a 10-minute walk from my office. It’s also well-connected to public transportation, with a tram line to the city center and a bus stop to the airport right outside the entrance. The hotel provides a free transportation pass, making travel costs very manageable, and the journey times are comparable to those of taxis. It also eliminates the hassle of submitting expense claims.

The rooms are spacious, modern, quiet, and very clean, with comfortable beds and pillows for a good night's sleep. The staff members are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is quite good as well.

If I were to suggest an area for improvement, it would be the bar area located next to the reception. Currently, it lacks a certain comfort and warmth that would make it more inviting. Additionally, while the hotel used to offer very competitive rates, the prices have increased and are now comparable to some other hotels in the area.

Overall, I appreciate my stays here and this hotel remains to be my first choice for future business trips.

Value for price, you can not beat it. Location is amazing: in front of the bus that goes directly to the airport (22min) and 2 min walk from the tram that goes to downtown(14min)!

Well service

The hotel is perfectly located and can be reached directly by tram from the airport.
The rooms are clean and all the staff are friendly, especially the receptionist Solange, who always welcomes you with a smile.

Overall, the room is good, it's clean, I had a good stay.

Extremely clean hotel with great service and a very nice breakfast. The beds are comfortable, and the large underground parking spot is a big plus. Easy access to the town center by tram makes the location even more convenient. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay – definitely recommend!

The room was average, clean, but there were no toiletries, no kettle, and only a paper cup. The river water was drunk from the toilet pipe.

Hotel is very clean amenities basic and simple .hotel offer transportation card which they sent me via email before arrival. The tram and bus stop in front of the hotel for easy commute to city center or the airport .
