Thank you for the wonderful stay at your hotel. The hospitality and service were truly exceptional, making our visit comfortable and memorable. Especially morning breakfast was awesome.We appreciate the staff’s attentiveness and the excellent amenities provided. Looking forward to visiting again soon!. Stayed here due to a family member’s stint at the University Hospital nearby. The staff made what was really a trying ordeal somewhat tolerable with their kindness and warmth—Mme Christine is an angel, rushing to get our laundry done, laying out tasty healthy breakfasts, making omlettes and great cappuccinos. The hotel itself is comfortable but the people make it great. Honestly if we are ever back in Geneva, as sad as our first occasion for being there was, we would go back to stay at the Adriatica.

this hotel was our refuge after a cancelled flight at 2030hrs at the boarding gate. From our arrival to leaving Antonio was the the most amazing hotel staff member we have come across. Professional, courteous and so helpful - everything we needed after a very arduous and disappointing day with our travels. He even phoned a nearby restaurant to check they would stay open after 10pm for a party of 9 of us. Thankyou Antonio! Vous etes superb! The room and beds were spacious and comfortable and just what we needed.

We’ve stayed here several times over the last several years. It’s a smaller hotel, not a chain. It’s a great location with short walk to the vielle ville and shopping, great restaurants etc. The hotel has parking and big rooms. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

Although I haven't stayed recently in this hotel, I've known it for decades for family reasons, but don't think I've ever reviewed it. Yet it is so nice and agreeable to stay in, and the kind helpfulness of Antonio on reception and the service of the staff make it so pleasant that it deserves praise. Their efforts make it a very warm and comfortable place to retreat to after a busy day in Geneva at any time of year. Breakfasts are generous and delicious, and coffee prolific and good. The rooms are spacious with fridge bar and a good sized TV. Sofa and coffee table as well as a good solid writing desk. I would say it's perfect as a business hotel partly because you could spread documents around a bit if you were working. Taken altogether it is a great place, with easy connections via Metro and bus into the city. I rate it very highly.

The hotel is located nearby the university hospital, the cause of my visit. The personal is extremely traditional in service and effectiveness. The room is large, with an excellent bed and all amenities are provided. However, the classical ceiling chandeliers are not for the tall people of today (I physically touched them without any effort), and especially the bathroom needs to be serviced and updated as broken tiles and poorly working water taps aren't classical or unique, but just worn out...

I was staying in the hotel Adriatica from 29.8 to 1.9.23. The room was booked and paid in advance. When checking into a hotel, they reserve a certain amount on a credit card. There were no problems when checking out the hotel. I didn't take anything from the minibar. After I had come back home, I discovered that the hotel charged another 152 euros from my credit card. The receipt does not indicate what the money was taken for. I called the hotel but they say I took something from the minibar. That cannot be proven or disproved!!? 152 euros for minibar? But that's not true anyway. THIS IS A FRAUD. I know absolutely for sure that I didn’t take anything. But I still haven't received my money back. I travel a lot and I have never had such problems. I think I'm not the first person to be treated like this at a hotel. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY - don't go to this hotel. THERE ARE SCAMMERS WORKING THERE, BEWARE!!

Vintage hotel but well maintained and very clean. Lots of little details that compensate for the old style, like toiletries, air conditioning in the room, good wifi and EV charger in the garage.

The breakfast was also very good.

Everything in the hotel feels artisanal and family managed. Nothing "corporate". It was a refreshing change of air.

I have stayed here twice in the past month and will stay here again on a couple of weeks.

If you don’t “need” to be by the lake, or need to have a restaurant and bar in the hotel, then you should definitely consider this hotel.

The rooms are large, clean and well furnished, with an “old world” charm.

This is not a fancy/glitzy hotel. But it is a fantastic 3 star hotel.

Very bad staff. They are good if all goes well but whenever you have any issues or need any change they are unprofessional. They also charged my card with additional cost because I gave them bad note on booking. Prevent this hotrl
