The location is fantastic, very close to Geneva's main train station – just a short walk away, which was really convenient. The environment is also excellent, very quiet as it's in a residential area, not right on a busy street.

The hallway was narrow, and the room doors were very close together. We could clearly hear other guests opening and closing their doors; we didn't sleep well and were woken up early this morning by the noise.

Aside from that, considering the price, the cleanliness and facilities were acceptable.

I liked everything. The staff was friendly and polite, and they helped with all my questions. Cleaning was daily. The rooms were large and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and filling. I recommend it.

I’m very satisfied with the hotel. The service was caring and friendly, and the lobby of the hotel was designed fashionably.
For the room, everything was wonderful. I slept very well. There was a coffee machine in the room.
There are a lot of fantastic restaurants around. And the location is very close to the train station. Besides, they also provide storage luggage service for free.

The hotel is somewhat outdated, especially the entrance where you have to go down and then up an elevator or stairs to reach the lobby, and the elevator is so small that it can only accommodate one person and one suitcase at a time. Of course, many older hotels in Geneva are in similar conditions; there's not much room for renovation, and the building structure and facilities are unlikely to be improved in the short term. In short, don't judge it by domestic standards.

The transportation card was sent to us via email. The location and environment are excellent. The breakfast is decent. The only downside is the soundproofing; I can always hear the neighbor's kids talking.

The reception staff was rude. They didn't want to accept euros as a deposit and made me look for currency exchange offices on New Year's Eve when everything was closed. They were rude and yelled at me. I've never encountered such rude staff. They also asked for money for using the steam room. I don't recommend it!!!

Good hotel. Location great. Very close to train and bus station. Lots of local bars, cafes and restaurants. Value for the money and Geneva.
