Exceptional hotel. Extremely helpful staff. The room was very clean and bathroom / bedroom linen was of a high quality. Hard to fault this hotel. Highly recommend.

This is a nice, quaint, practical hotel for a stay in Geneva. The facilities are great, the staff competant and pleasant, and the location ideal with walking access to the rail station and a short skip across the water into old town. It is well worth the cost.

An absolute gem - everything about our stay was exemplary. Entire hotel is gorgeous and immaculate; breakfast was to die for! Staff is friendly and helpful. Wish I could live here!! Would give six stars if I could! Don’t bother with any place else — this hotel is worth every penny!

recommend! A ceiling-level B&B. The location is within walking distance to Lake Geneva. It’s clean, hygienic and quiet. The highlight is the hotel’s paintings. It’s not dirty, dirty or filthy, and it’s very pleasing to the eye.

The environment, location, price and service are all very, very good! Julia and Kelvin are very attentive!

The hotel is in a central location which is only a few minutes walk from the railway station and the old town where the cathedral and all the big luxury brands can be found. There are a lot of restaurants in its vicinity. The hotel is a bit old but very clean and comfortable. The room is spacious and sound proofing is excellent. The staff are extremely polite, welcoming, and accomodating. It's worth mentioning that the hotel's check in time is 1500 but we were given a room when we arrived at 1210. The gentleman and lady at the reception counter even gave us a city map and took several minutes telling us where to go. The two reception girls in the afternoon also showed us their welcoming smiles every time they saw us. When we called to request to have a kettle the hotel gave us not just a kettle but a whole lot of instant coffee and tea bags. Wow what a surprise to receive such excellent service in a small 4 star hotel! I highly recommend it to all travellers who want to receive exceptional service.

This hotel is a beautiful and cozy place to relax, located just a five minute walk from the center. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, while the bathrooms provide all the necessary amenities.
The design of the hotel has an old-world, bohemian charm ans it fits in perfectly with the style of Geneva. The bed was most comfortable, with luxurious pillows and sheets, and the windows open wide so you can breathe in the fresh air.

A hearty breakfast is included each morning to energize you at the start of a new day, and the staff were both friendly and efficient.
The internet functioned excellently, in contrast to my mobile connections with Vodafone Romania, which failed to work at all. Furthermore, they can provide a designated parking space, if you choose to travel by car.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would return to the hotel should we visit Geneva again.
