Ms. Fanny at the front desk was very arrogant. I had booked a twin room a long time ago, but CI just said sorry that they were fully booked and only had double rooms. She was furious when she saw me on the phone with Ctrip and immediately found out that there were rooms available. How could such a hotel be sold for 1998? I wish there were no rooms at that time so I could check out and stay in another hotel. There was a strange smell in the room. I didn't even want to take pictures. It was the worst hotel I've stayed in Switzerland. I should be cautious about non-chain hotels. However, Ctrip's attitude in solving the problem was very good. I would choose it again.

The hotel is in the city center. After booking the hotel, you can exchange it for a free transportation card in the link, which is very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel is made of wood and has the atmosphere of a snowy mountain cabin. The interior decoration of the hotel is also very warm. The restaurant is very beautiful and the breakfast is good for hotels in Europe.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station. The room is not very big, but it's clean and tidy overall. The breakfast variety is not rich, but the taste is ok!

Tiny and cute old hotel, but it doesn’t look old cos it has been renovated. We enjoyed the stay for 2 nights there. There are Restaurants and 2 supermarket around.

Incredible stay. Lovely hotel close to the lake and wonderful staff. Pierre was so good on the desk. Room spotless and modern.

The restaurant was fun and meal was superb, as was swiss music. A must!! I had a very nice stay with my mum.
