Wonderful stay, cozy room and really helpful staff. Even complementary small snacks and drinks throughout the day at the bar.

They only clean rooms every third day. First night, I found a spider, second and third night there was an annoying fly in the room. The location is just outside of the *** ***** ******** in Geneva, although when I shed what neighborhood it was, I was told this side of the street is fine, yes, not fine. Extra bonus for providing city transport passes to all guest's very useful.

The hotel is in the city center. After booking the hotel, you can exchange it for a free transportation card in the link, which is very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel is made of wood and has the atmosphere of a snowy mountain cabin. The interior decoration of the hotel is also very warm. The restaurant is very beautiful and the breakfast is good for hotels in Europe.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station. The room is not very big, but it's clean and tidy overall. The breakfast variety is not rich, but the taste is ok!

Tiny and cute old hotel, but it doesn’t look old cos it has been renovated. We enjoyed the stay for 2 nights there. There are Restaurants and 2 supermarket around.

The rooms smell terrible- why??! What happened in here to leave an permanent bad smell? The wifi does not work in the room, which is just a deal breaker for business travel. The only perk of this place is that it has a bed. Which makes sense because it's a hotel lol. I Will never stay here again.

Wow! This hotel took me back to the 80s, reminding me of the times I went skiing with my parents. It’s an old-fashioned place, but it’s good enough. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service was decent, and while the breakfast was simple, it was okay.

It's my first time in Geneva. The location of this hotel is very convenient. I was given a free Geneva transportation ticket when I checked in. Although the hotel is old, the bathroom is new and the hygiene is good.

This is a nice, quaint, practical hotel for a stay in Geneva. The facilities are great, the staff competant and pleasant, and the location ideal with walking access to the rail station and a short skip across the water into old town. It is well worth the cost.

recommend! A ceiling-level B&B. The location is within walking distance to Lake Geneva. It’s clean, hygienic and quiet. The highlight is the hotel’s paintings. It’s not dirty, dirty or filthy, and it’s very pleasing to the eye.

A hidden gem in Geneva - this guesthouse was our home away from home for two full weeks. The rooms are beautifully furnished with a lot of attention to detail. The surroundings are quiet, green and conveniently located. We had a really wonderful experience. Thank you, Alain, for hosting us!

Can't give enough superlative comments about our stay at La Jour . A lot of character / color at our room, Le Prairie . Host , Mr. Alain was great . although not in city center Geneva, within 5 minute walk ( I timed it) to no. 22 bus , and you are at Gare Cornavin within 12 minutes , very "country /suburban " feel to the neighorhood . We brought back dinner 1 nite , and sat at the patio...

This was a unique property in former house in a residential neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The room was large and everything was up to date. Nice breakfast included as was on site parking. Nice personal service from the owner. Public transit nearby and tickets were included.

Well first of all I was really disappointed after the hotel staff told me that the booking was only for two adults and did not include my child and then they asked me to pay for extra bed for my child. I showed them the booking confirmation which clearly stated three person booking paid with triple suites but she still refused to check us in and said manager is not allowing her to check us in. This one is hard to rate. Before booking, I contacted Ctrip to confirm if the suite could accommodate two children, and they said yes. However, upon check-in, they absolutely refused and insisted I book another room. They let us check in at 2 PM, which we really appreciated! The room was quite spacious with two bathrooms, which was perfect for a family of three. After arriving at the airport, head to Gate 3 on the arrivals level, go outside and cross to the outermost road. Look for the 'hotel shuttle' sign – Nash's name will be on it. All three Nash hotels share the same shuttle service.

Great location for early morning flights with free shuttle bus to and from the airport, reception was inefficient and short of staff, only one staff was on when I was checking in at 3pm which is the busiest check in time of the day and had to wait more than 45mins to get checked in, no sofa bed in the room as per room description

They often forget to replenish toilet paper or other supplies after cleaning, and the front desk service is indifferent.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time! The location is superb, very close to the airport, with the #10 bus going directly there. There are also buses to the city center. The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, so I slept very well. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

I really enjoyed the room, the location was close to my business location and the shopping mall and its food court are just across the street as well as the bus station 1 minute walk. The staff were friendly and cooperative. They have allowed my ate check out which was very much appreciated.

Nice hotel, very clean. The design of the rooms and lobby is excellent. Location is great with good shops near by. Complimentary water is nice considering how expensive bottled water is to buy. However the on-site parking is a joke. We were delayed by nearly 40 minutes because the receptionist was unable to move the car parked behind us. Located in a very beautiful parc of Geneva. Rooms clean but not air conditioned and so hot in the summer despite the Dyson fans. Bathrooms with washlets is a plus. Staff is polite and professional. However - the hotel’s reception is only manned until 7pm. This means going to the metropole hotel which is 5 mins by car to check in. Restaurant comment : Beautiful restaurant just above the lake in the center of Eaux-Vives Park. The food is as expected, impeccable, but the narrowed portions and high prices left us doubtful. The terrace was half empty on a sunny saturday of July. Still a wonderful place to go to treat yourself on occasions with the view.
