Amazing location right on Lake Geneva with stunning views of the Jet d'Eau ! The staff were friendly and professional, the indoor pool and spa were highlights, and the rooms were comfortable.

The hotel environment is elegant, clean and upscale. The interior environment of the room is also the type I like and very clean. I came here on a business trip just to experience it. The food is also very good and the transportation is very convenient in all aspects.

Because there are many Indian tourists, the hotel's breakfast room is reserved by Indian tourists. Individual tourists have breakfast in the restaurant next to it. Many of the meals provided are also Indian cuisine.

The hotel is located near the lake. It is very convenient to walk over and take pictures. It is a new hotel with fresh decoration style in the rooms. There is actually a Chinese restaurant in the hotel. It is not bad and the food is also quite delicious.

Excellent service here from start to finish! The team were great with my 4 year old son and he loved his stay. Thank you! The location of this hotel is perfect, easy walking distance to everything, especially for children. The buffet breakfast was also lovely.

great location of course, if you're lucky view on the lake from your room. The service for our seminar was excellent. Nice personnel, always at disposition.
Downside: the hotel is overpriced compared to what you get. Hotel needs a bit of refurbishment: modern showers, carpets instead of parquet, no possibilty to open windows

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fairmont Hotel and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's location is unbeatable, offering stunning views of Lake Geneva and easy access to the city. On arrival the extremely strong cheese smell is almost nauseating it sticks on your clothes afterwards as well.
Booked a table for two, they brought us the menus after 20 minutes then took our order after half an hour, waited again half an hour for two dishes (a burger and a cordon bleu) both average at best.
Staff is clearly overwhelmed and understaffed.
Beside the atypical swiss decor and live orchestra it was a great waste of time and money!

We came here the day before my sister’s wedding. I was still jetlagged with the 10 hour flight, but I managed to pull through and enjoy my night here. Cheese and beer was alllll good. It was the best fondue restaurant I’ve ever been to.

Absolutely beautiful aesthetic and comfortable environment. The restaurant is incredibly thematic and unlike anything we have experienced before.
I had the raclette starter, and burger with cheese and bacon which was divine. My partner had a meat fondue with beef, chicken, duck which was extremely strange to us, and not wjat we expected, but a welcomed surprise. We also had a couple of german beers each. Overall the meal came to 100 CHF, worth the money.
If visiting Geneva from abroad, this place is a must-go because of its uniqueness, for which the live music must be mentioned, which we thoroughly enjoyed.
