Really awesome hotel. Perfect location close to train station, Christmas markets and the old town. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

Really cool hotel about 10 minute walk from Zurich Hauptbahnhof so a convenient location for central Zurich. Really interesting art througout the hotel including in our room. The staff facilitated a late check out for us. But the highlight was the excellent service at the breakfast in the attached bar/restaurant. Really friendly and helpful staff overall. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zurich.

Location is literally perfect, room was second floor with zero noise from streets, spotless and absolutely luxurious. The vip access included a bottle of prosecco and the lobby staff was incredibly nice. During this trip i visited 4 countries in EU and this hotel was hands down the best. I will be going back.

It’s a good property except of 1 thing for me which is the portable air conditioning as it was so loud. I was told that the built in ac isn’t working because the building is old. We had to turn that machine off before sleeping because of the noise.


Positives - walking distance to old and central are including Zurich HB + Dining options around. People at the Reception was nice too.

We were on the top floor and the air conditioner did not work. Had to sleep in 80° plus room. They did give us a small portable unit that didn’t help. Pretty miserable experience.
