They got the best breakfast ever. Room is clean and have the mountain view. Location wise a bit far from the Lucern station.

The Spanish restaurant downstairs is definitely worth trying, especially in a country like Switzerland where good food can be hard to find. I recommend booking a room with breakfast; it's very refined and includes freshly made omelets. It's less than a ten-minute walk to the train station, which is quite convenient. After check-in, they email you a guest card that allows free rides on the city buses. Overall, I would still recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located, about an 8-minute walk from Lucerne train station and roughly 10 minutes from the Lucerne boat tours. It's also very high-tech. They'll email you beforehand to fill in your basic check-in details, and you can self-check in when it's time. After checking in, you can use your phone to control the elevator and open your room door directly. The only downside is that the rooms aren't very soundproof. Since it's close to the train station, the sound of passing trains can be quite loud, which might be an issue for guests who are sensitive to noise.

Since we arrived at the hotel early, we checked in and left our luggage before heading out. When we came back to get our room key, the staff seemed a bit impatient when we asked them a question. Later, I checked my emails and realized they hadn't given us water bottles. When I went to the front desk to ask, the staff initially denied it, saying 'How could we not have given you any?' After explaining a few times, they finally provided them. However, the breakfast here was excellent!

Facilities: Beyond expectations. Each room is named after a place in Switzerland, and the decor varies accordingly. The room was spacious with many windows, offering views of the train station, the bustling market, and snow-capped mountains in the distance. The corner space was very cozy, and the toilet and bathroom were large.
Cleanliness: Very clean, with no overlooked spots. There was also a beautiful orchid in the room.
Service: The front desk staff were exceptionally gentle and friendly. They proactively and thoughtfully explained how to access water and where to drink it. The mini-bar was free, and upon check-in, we were even given extra bottled mineral water in glass bottles.
Environment: The location is incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the train station, so no worries about carrying heavy luggage. All major city attractions are within walking distance, and the surrounding neighborhood is very pleasant.

Thank you for upgraded our room, provided champagne and drinks for us. Second time we lived at Cascada. We will back next year.

Great location near the Lucerne train station and to all other attractions. The breakfast options is excellent and rooms are clean. Recommended.

Hotel is a short easy walk of 7-8min from the Lucerne train station.. stayed in a comfortable room with 4 beds and comfortable space for 1 night. Few steps at entrance to Lobby which will need to be a consideration for anyone who needs wheelchair accessibility
Nonetheless, the lovely chirpy receptionist on duty proactively helped us with 1 of the luggage which was a nice gesture. Check in was welcoming... Bathroom was comfortable and clean, bed as well. Only unfortunate thing was the next door started knocking some renovation/works at 8am in the morning... Other than that everything else was lovely. .
