Policies and conditions

Location was good but a little further out of town then we thought but easy to find and easy to reach the center. Good value for money. Friendly and polite staff. Very clean and modern rooms with everything you need.

We were completely satisfied and taken care of. Friendly staff, polite. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, the courtyard invites you to read, and the morning menu aka brunch on the weekends is phenomenal!

Lovely, lovely place. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. They seemed genuinely happy to be there, and even called their colleagues family. The rooms were minimalist with touches of class. E.g. a yoga ma in the room, quality washing products, fresh apples and soda water every day. The central hotel was nice with plenty of cool features. E.g. a yoga room, cigar room. I'd definitely stay there again.

We've enjoyed our stay here very much. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable for our family of four. We've been getting around Zurich via public transportation which is nearby and convenient. The staff has been very helpful with guiding us to the best options for attractions as well as directions to navigate the city.
