Location is a plus point. Next to Coop Supermarket and a mall.
Bus stop to Lucerne Train Station is right at the door step. Just 3 stops to train station or 10 mins walk to train station. 5-10 mins walk to some places of interest! Staffs are friendly and approachable. I find the environment to be quite and peaceful.

Very close to Lucerne station. Google Maps said it was inside a shopping center, but it was actually next door. You can use the hotel's photos to guide you.

The room is extremely noisy, even during the night. The soundproofing is terrible, and to make things worse, there’s construction next door early every morning. It’s impossible to get any proper rest.

Wonderful location only 10min walk from Luzern station or 5min by bus.

Great location and fuss free hotel. Only gripe was that there isn’t aircon during summer.

We arrived to the hotel at 12, but all locker are fully occupied (i remember only around 10 lockers) and I have to carried the luggage and wait for check in nearby the river (lucky not too far) and there is no air-con in the room but hotel do provide a fan for us but still too hot to sleep with.
But the location is very good and hotel provide a free transportation ticket (never used cause we walked)
