This is a very ideal nice hotel option because it's not so far from train station and with supermarket nearby. And most tourists attraction are or around this city centre

Clean and had all basic amenities (minus kettle). No air con but we went while it was cool so that wasn't an issue. Short walk to chapel bridge and situated in nice area (pretty shopfronts)

Lovely hotel with everything you need and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only downside is that it is on a busy and loud *****, so there is constant noise, especially if you open the window. But other than that, it’s a great hotel.

Location was superb as it was just right in the city centre. However, the disadvantage was that it tends to get abit noisy as people walk around the talk even in the middle of the night and the worst is if you don’t smoke there’s second hand smoke all the time. If you’re ok with second hand smoke and some noise, it’s really a convenient hotel to stay.

Location wise is good as it’s right in the middle of the old town. Walking distance from the ferry dock and train station but stairs and cobblestones make it hard to drag your luggage. The only redeeming quality about the room is its size. The quadruple room is a good size for 4 adults with 4 luggages. However the amenities are close to nothing, the wifi is crap and the TV is always faulty. Cleanliness is average - doors are chipped and rusty, the tub is also chipped and dirty. We stayed quite a lot of nights and after the first two nights it’s like the housekeeping staff gave up on properly cleaning the room and replenishing the amenities. Would stay again only as a last resort.
