The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very enthusiastic. We could walk to all the nearby attractions.

Service: Quite dissatisfied with one of the long-haired girls; her attitude was very impolite, and she seemed to treat Chinese guests differently. Early check-in required an extra 20 Swiss francs per person. If we didn't check in and just wanted to store our luggage, it cost 6 Swiss francs for two suitcases. In short, they found all sorts of ways to charge us.
Room: Generally quite clean, but there was no hairdryer in the room. We had to ask the front desk for one?!
Transportation: Bus route 4 is right next to the hotel, which is extremely convenient for getting around and goes directly to Lucerne train station.

The room was a bit small, but everything else was perfect. The location is excellent, very close to the train station and within walking distance. The front desk staff were friendly, and luggage storage was free.

Great value for money. The front desk staff, especially a gentleman, was very enthusiastic and even communicated with me in Chinese. The hotel's breakfast selection was quite good too. The location is convenient for transportation, and if you're driving, there are parking spaces on level -1 of the hotel. Parking costs 27 euros per day.

Stepping into the room felt like being back in a school dorm, with bunk beds. The lower bunk was a bit cramped above my head, making it easy to hit my head. As it's a 1-star budget hotel, they don't provide tissues, a kettle, or a hairdryer. The transportation is relatively convenient; directly across the street is a bus stop for bus number 4, which takes you directly to Lucerne train station in three stops. Next to the bus stop is a Thai restaurant. I tried their curry rice, and it was quite good. This restaurant took over from the previous Chinese restaurant, Panda, so be aware that many apps haven't updated this information yet. It's much cheaper to buy water at Denner, which is opposite the restaurant; a 1L bottle of mineral water costs 0.5 Swiss francs, which is significantly cheaper than at the Ibis front desk.
