This hotel was an absolute delight and exceeded all my expectations. The room was comfortable, well-furnished, and created a relaxing atmosphere that made me feel at home right away. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the thoughtful design, added to the overall comfort of my stay. The staff were attentive and professional, always making sure that guests felt well taken care of. What I appreciated most was the convenient location. The hotel was situated near the bus station, and getting into the city by train took only about 20 minutes. Everything about this stay was smooth, easy, and enjoyable.

The hotel is great value for money, with a nice front desk and a great location. It's a ten-minute walk to the Flower Bridge. There's a delicious Thai restaurant nearby, and parking is convenient. I appreciate the hotel giving us two rooms with private bathrooms. The heat was a bit unbearable without air conditioning, and there was a party downstairs on the weekend that went on until the early hours. Room 317 had biting insects, which kept our two children awake all night.

The hotel is quite near to the train station (~10-15mins walk) which is what we look for. The price is good. We got the room with attached toilet. Beddings are comfortable. They even provided a simple breakfast though it was not included in the booking, very nice. The lady at the receptionist was nice and patient too. As the hotel did not provide kettle, the lady kindly lent us one.

Clean and comfortable stay. About 10 min by bus and short walk to the hotel from Lucerne station and it’s on a quiet street. Only thing to note is the sound of people staying above can be heard especially if they arrive late or leave very early. Otherwise it’s a good accommodation in Lucerne!

The hotel is close to the main attractions in the city. Check-in is in advance and the luggage is placed at the front desk. When you come back at night, the luggage is already in the room. The elevator is small and slow. The overall cost performance of Lucerne Hotel is low.

I love this hotel, much much better than expected. It’s worth the price and performs above this level. Room is decent, a little bit distance from train station but very safe walking because it’s near the business area. Reception people are nice, I didn’t expect to see them in the midnight. Thanks for the hard work.

The room was clean and the bed was good.
The bathroom was outside and clean, but a little inconvenient.
But the breakfast was better than expected, and the price was worth it.

Clean and comfy rooms, had a great time there. Had a really good breakfast, food is available for take away as well. Had nothing to complain about, absolutely worth the price

Very nice hotel. Excellent staff. Room was fairly large clean and comfortable . Excellent location. Near the old town near many good restaurants and shopping tours etc. They gave us a pass to use the buses and trams around the city for our stay. This very good considering how much a ticket is for public transportation which is very good. Breakfast is good. Price was great. Highly recommended. I will stay there again.
