Good room and bathroom, nice and very friendly staff! Breadfast is ok, but a but sober. Parking is free and very close to the hotel. Unfortunately no E-charging possible.

The food was good. The people friendly. But I asked first for a glass of wine and later for a "viertel" of wine. I thought this is german for a glass, but appenrently it is a small caraffe (2 glasses). However, on the bill they put 5 glasses (mind you, at CHF 9 = €9.65 per glass)

Super cool people inside- parking is really easy right in front - and the place is active - need to eat at the restaurant next time! Sure it’s pretty cheap, but the beds in the singles are soooo tiny! Internet is ok Probably wouldn’t stay again but it’s valued fairly…

Our stay started badly with the attitude of one of the staff. The room was ok, but the bathroom looked nothing like some of the pictures on here. There was a small step down into the room which I think we fell down virtually every time we opened the door, and a very dangerous step which you had to remember to step over to get into and out of the bathroom. The plus points are definitely the free parking, the proximity to the bus stop into Lucerne and how quickly you could get into and out of the City, we were back in 10-12 minutes both nights we were there, and it’s obviously great that the buses were free with the Lucerne card. The restaurant looked lovely, but we ate out in Lucerne both nights.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Not far from the hotel there is a bus stop for lines 50 and 52, which take you directly to the bus station in the center of Lucerne. A ticket for the zone in which the bus operates is included in the welcome pack, which I greatly appreciate — normally it costs 10 euros and can be purchased at the ticket machine at the mentioned bus stop. It takes about 10–15 minutes to reach the city center by bus. Good parking and a convenient location for those who need easy access to the motorway.

This is a wonderful and unique hotel. The hotel has super friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, a wonderful breakfast, and a fantastic restaurant with a special atmosphere. It doesn't have a gym, but I suggest using the outdoors over a gym in this area anyhow.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are quite spacious, comfortable and spotless. Location is great with a short drive to best areas in Lucerne. Breakfast is the largest in choices but everything is fresh and well presented. Highly recommended
